Kevin answered promptly when I called and came out to my house the next day. He explained the issue with my air conditioner clearly and gave a detailed description of what it would take to replace my ac and furnace when the time comes. The repair was simple, and my ac has been working incredibly well ever since.

I called after hours and still got to talk to a real person instead of leaving a message. Kevin came out the very next day, diagnosed the problem, and had fixed my AC the day after that for a very reasonable price - he even reduced the price from his initial quote when the job ended up being easier than expected. Very pleased with his work and attitude.

Woke up SATURDAY MORNING to a cold house at 4:30am, I called Mr. Cady at 4:50am. He answered his phone politely to say he would be later that morning to take a look. Kevin came out promptly to assess the problem and quickly diagnosis it. He was very pleasant while working on the furnace and was done in a short time. Thank you for the GREAT service!!!

Our AC went out while we were gone on vacation. I called in the evening when we returned hoping Kevin could fix it the next day. He came that evening at 7pm and had it working in about a half hour. He's kind, professional, and reasonable. We highly recommend Cady Heating & Cooling!

Kevin went out of his way to help my family and I when our AC stopped working on Memorial day weekend. He was honest and up front, with no hard sell or pressure. He did such a great job and was so fair, you should definitely call this man for help, you wont be disappointed.

Great service! During the record code last night, our furnace air blower stopped working. I called this number and Kevin told me he will get back to me within 20 minutes and he did. He came and explained everything to us. He replaced motor and everything is working again. The price is also reasonable. Thank you, Kevin!

We have used Cady Heating and Cooling multiple times and they are always on time, professional, quality workmanship and fair pricing. They go above every one else to get the job done on time and done right. I wouldn't use anyone else for our HVAC.

My furnace stopped working on a Saturday. I gave Cady a call and him came right out. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing so that I was informed. He fixed only what needed to be fixed so that my furnace works again and gave me recommendations for items that should be fixed in the near future. He also gave me tips on how to ensure my furnace is running efficiently.

I called Kevin & Karen this morning and within an hour they were at my door. You can tell customer satisfaction is the number one goal. To help people not sell people is how I can say it in a nutshell. The knowledge and expertise they both had was impressive. They took their time to help trouble shoot our scenario at the same time explain things to us. I highly recommend them for their expertise, professionalism and most importantly their honesty. You won't be disappointed.

My AC unit stopped working over holiday weekend, called Kevin and even that it was his day off, he came over to take a look at it. He got it running in no time. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. If you ever have heating or cooling problems, this company should be your first call, it will be mine for sure.

My wife and I have had Cady Heating and Air Conditioning replace our furnace and install central air in a house built in 1898, so there's some tight areas to work in. Also a new run of ductwork needed to be added to the outside to vent above the stove. Very fair prices, quality work, pleasant to work with, and always informative about what's being done and how to care for it. Can't recommend them highly enough. They have also done work at my business. Very good.

Kevin and Karen did an outstanding job for us. On two occasions they came out to service our furnace and then our AC. The Price was lower then anticipated. Kevin explained everything so I could understand (which taught me some stuff as a first time home owner) and went far beyond and did more then what he originally said he would do. Their customer service was exceptional, their demeanor was professional and kind. I did not have to wait very long for them to come out and fix my hvac. I would (and have) referred them to anyone who needs their services. Thank you so much for helping get our hvac back up and running! You guys are AWESOME! If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

Kevin is a really stand-up guy and does wonderful work! We were so grateful that he was able to work with us to replace our air conditioner and furnace and will soon be re-routing ductwork for us. We couldn't be happier with his reliability, expertise, and character.

My A/C went out a couple days ago on a 92 degree day. I called Cady and they came out in about an hour. Kevin and Karen were very nice and professional. It just needed a cleaning and a couple adjustments and it was working again. They gave me advice on not wasting money on those expensive A/C filters they just restrict airflow. They told me my furnace is 18 years old and may need to be replaced in the future but they did not pressure me to do it now. Cady does not pressure you into buying anything unecessary. We will use them when it's time to replace or any other repairs. Thanks for the great service.

Highly recommended. I called looking for a full furnace and A/C replacement for our new house and Kevin showed up same day to check everything out, and although I wasn't in a hurry, had my new system up and running within a week. He walked me through many of the little things that I, as a new homeowner, will need to know regarding my heating and A/C use and maintenance. All this and a good price.

I had a wonderful experience with Cady Heating & Cooling. Kevin was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what the problem with my heating was, as well as steps to take to avoid that same problem in the future. He arrived quickly, which was a huge comfort, as we are in the middle of a cold spell and bursting pipe risk season. I'm a relatively new home owner and one of the things I fear the most when having things repaired in my home is not being able to trust that a business is honest and fair, but there was nothing to worry about with Cady Heating & Cooling at all. We have been using Kevin for a few years. He has help us with everything from a clogged line to a dead furnace in winter. I will have to say this was the best experience I have had with anyone! Kevin and Karen answered promptly when we called late on a Sunday night. We knew we needed a whole new HVAC system but Kevin wasn't quick to say so until he looked at our problem. He was honest and fair as we knew because years past we have had several different companies look at our furnace and a/c before.
