Connor came to our home today to perform the biannual maintenance on our heating and cooling system. Connor was very nice, professional and explained in detail the sole issue that he had found and fixed it. Dahlquist has always been amazing to us and we highly recommend.

The technician who came to check our furnace and fireplace did a very thorough job! He took time to discuss options for our gas fireplace and also pointed out concerns with the water heater, even though that was not why he was at our house. I was very impressed with his professionalism and follow through.

your technician is very knowledgeable and knew where everything is. (I have 2 AC and Heating units). He had the correct sized filters and alerted me to a possible issue. He'll come back once the weather warms up to above 50 or so to check pressures again. I've had Smith-Dahlquist for many years now, and can depend on them to keep me warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

The tech was knowledgeable and very efficient, he was very careful and mindful of our home and kept everything clean through the process of maintenance on our fireplace

I called for a service appointment for our gas fireplace and was thrilled they could send Terry out the same day! Terry was extremely professional from start to finish. He gave me a courtesy call ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would arrive. Once here, he quickly diagnosed the issue and had our fireplace up and running in no time. He followed with a thorough cleaning - leaving it looking and working like brand new! I couldn’t be happier with the prompt friendly service. Highly recommended!

We have used Smith-Dalquist for between 15-20 years. The technicians and office staff are always professional and courteous. When we recently needed to replace our AC we didn’t flinch or shop around. They gave us a fair quote and since we knew the furnace was old we replaced that too. Good company

From Hannah calling us and sending out the text reminders to us of our upcoming appointments and all of the HVAC techs that have serviced our unit had been great. We even purchased a new furnace and A/C unit. And Brad was prompt and informative when we had inquiries regarding our new unit.

We recently had a new furnace and AC installed- Evan and Cliff did an awesome job! Prior to that, Mick was out for a service call on our old furnace and took the time to explain everything going on with it and pros/cons of servicing vs replacing. Everyone at Smith-Dahlquist is always friendly, knowledgeable, and pricing is fair!

Service guy was on time & very friendly, professional & efficient. This company has been servicing our HVAC system for 26 years. We have them come every spring & fall.

Terry did an excellent job installing a new humidifier was friendly and very informative.

They sent Terry over and he had the fireplace diagnosed within minutes and then replaced the switch in a few more minutes and now the fireplace is back in action. Very professional and obviously very knowledgeable. Just in time for the holidays! Will definitely use again and sent Terry to our neighbors 3 doors down.

Robert was our service person for the HVAC. He was very thorough, friendly and went above and beyond. Great service on the dryer vent cleaning too!

The tech arrived at the scheduled time and was very helpful in explaining the work that he was performing that day on my furnace and fireplace. He also explained that my 21 year old equipment was going to be replaced in the spring as new equipment would be more efficient and cost less to operate. This is what I expected and he explained things in a way that I could understand. I will keep using the services of Smith-Dahlquist for all my HVAC systems.

Dahlquist did a great and speedy job replacing my furnace. The receptionist was very nice and helpful throughout the process, she deserves a raise!

My gas fireplace hasn’t worked for 4 months through the holidays and other gatherings. I finally made a call yesterday and had the choice of time for today. Half hour window of time was right on and within 45 minutes cleaned and explained the issues of the 18 year, never really maintained, fireplace. After working on cleaning the whole thing and adding embers, it not only looked and worked great - the diagnostic (walk-in) charge was waved and I was only charged for what had to be done! I will definitely call them to service this on a regular basis. Thank goodness I didn’t put off calling any longer!
