It was freezing outside when our furnace stopped working - 20 degrees or so. We called around to anyone with good reviews in the area, but the earliest they could come out was Friday. Desperate for heat, we contacted Fiebrandt HVAC, hoping against hope that they'd be able to help.

They answered promptly and promised someone would arrive within 15-20 minutes. Jim showed up at our doorstep, looking professional, polite, and friendly. He quickly got to work trouble-shooting our furnace and had it up and running again in no time. We had some questions for him, and he took the time to answer them honestly.

Moved to town recently and Realtor recommended this place. Had issues with AC on day 90, but they sent someone out same day. Turns out it was just a loose wire in the thermostat - appreciate their honesty. They also did a tuneup and installed a Nest thermostat at a fair price.

Avoid Ed for HVAC work. Spent $6,500 six months ago on an AC unit that stopped working with no assistance from Ed. He doesn't respond to calls after initially promising to check in. Now going through legal issues due to his lack of support. Don't risk your money; look elsewhere for reliable HVAC services.

Scheduled an appointment but the technician failed to show up. The company claimed the tech was delayed, but no further updates were provided. No attempt at a follow-up or apology was made by the company. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and professionalism displayed. Would not use this company again.

Avoid this company at all costs - their billing is extremely aggressive. I recently had them service my AC, paying $850 upfront, only to be hit with an additional $240 six days later when the unit failed again. The whole experience feels dishonest and overpriced.
