Parcel Toilet pipe rusted and seeking sewer gases into my home
01/15/2026 OMG Elliott pulled out so many long thick tree roots looks like he was delivering babies. He knows what he's doing very Professional and Knowledgeable. Lets not forget the Dispatcher OMG I Love appreciate them when I'm in a panic hearing that kind voice as They take down my information and reach out to the plumber. My mind is at ease.

Scottish Plumber was so professional and efficient. Also, very reasonably priced. Elliot was great. I would highly recommend this company.

Fred is honest and very precise and thorough when checking everything. We had a leak and he was able to fix it quickly and at a very affordable price.

Received a quote from Jack and Tom who came out. I'm selling my home and determining if I'll be responsible for the fix or the buyer. However, Jack and Tom were extremely professional, identified my issue and gave me a quote on the spot, along with some education. I appreciate the fact that two people who know what they're talking about, come out and were willing to do an inspection for free, show me the issue, explain it and never talked down to me. A+, if I don't use them for this job because of the situation, I'd hire them for the future for any plumbing needs. Thank you Jack!

Tom diagnosed my plumbing problem and knew what to do. Fixed my tub and toilet drain problem quickly. He recommended good advice for ways I can maintain my sewage pipes moving forward. Great job!

Efficient, knowledgeable & "added value" explaining why one drain (basket) keeps needing to be replaced (showed the flaw & fixed it). Took time to identify other potential plumbing issues over time. Though Scottish Plumber -is- expensive (!) I wouldn't trust anyone else. PhDs of plumbing!

Jonathan did a great job diagnosing the issue with my kitchen sink and providing multiple repair optionns to consider what worked best for me at the time. I definitely work with him again.

Sergio and Pedro came out to hydrojet the sewer line at my home and did a great job. On time, courteous, professional and effective. They explained the issues they saw as they were inspecting the line prior to hyrdrojetting, and showed me a clean drain line after they were done.

Would not hesitate to recommend for clearing out a sewer line with root intrusion.

My plumber was very polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and it was an easy fix. He also was able to do a quick toilet repair for me at the same time. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

The hydro jetting crew waere helpful, timely and very efficient.
This was preparing for the liner install.

The liner crew worked tirelessly for 3 days and resolved all main sewer line issues.

We had hydro flushing done on our main line for our septic tank. From the quoting process to actual work being done was easy and quick. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would use Scottish Plumber again!

The Scottish Plumber was out the day after I called, which was nice. Carlos worked very hard to get the clog, but unfortunately it's tree roots. They'll be back tomorrow with a machine meant for that. From admin to the crew, they're very nice and professional.

Carlos came out the same day to help with our clogged kitchen sink. He showed up on time and was helpful in telling us how to help take care of the sink after he removed the clog. Highly recommended!

Scottish Plumber returned with the superintendent Tom like he said they would and performed additional hydro jet work and removed the bulk of the remaining roots at the joints in our sewer. Scottish Plumber used a sewer camera along with the hydro jet hose to confirm the work performed. Scottish Plumber observed and worked on each pipe joint with roots to remove them. There was no additional monetary charge for SP's additional visit which was really appreciated.

Fred came out with an apprentice Joe.
I had peeling paint on my basement ceiling.
Fred looked at area above ceiling and determined from moving refrigerator out that there was no water leakage.
Fred was very courteous and helpful and put my mind at ease. The expertise of Fred was greatly appreciated. There was another service in November: drain tile and overhead sewer. Mr Chuck Bradley did the evaluation and Arturo and his crew did the work. Excellent, knowledgeable
individuals worked very hard and very nice to have them do the job. Highly recommend. Another job today to put in a battery to previously installed pump. As usual quality and timely service.
This business meets the job requirements as well as having quality, competent and knowledgeable workmen.

Jonathan is EXTREMELY polite, educated about the craft and professional. He is empathetic and you can tell that he loves people. I have been dealing with my problem for over a week and he came in and fixed it in under 5 mins! I would strongly recommend and will hire him back for all future projects.
