Blower motor failing when temps hit 90+. Ars had my motor in stock, I also wanted the blower impeller just in case. Gabe didn't have on the shelf,but set me up to pick up at his local warehouse. ARS saved the day!

Have used ARS for years for furnace parts. Honest guys, usually have parts in stock, knowledgeable and friendly even to dyi customers. Highly recommend them for any HVAC parts.

REVISED: Gabe responded to my review immediately and was very apologetic. Scheduled one of his technicians to come out to look at the furnace. A replacement part was needed and it was taken care of by the following day. He worked to get this part to be covered under warranty which saved me some money, which is greatly appreciated especially this time of year. Thank you very much. ORIGINAL POST: Called for appointment to have furnace checked, was told they would be here between 10 and 12. Waited until 1p, no one showed or called. Called to check on status, no answer, left message and no return call. Wasted an entire day waiting and for someone that works full-time, it’s frustrating since it’s difficult to get appointments after working hours. I understand things come up, if not able to make the appointment, a call should have been made.

Had great experience with Jeff at A.R.S supply bought a inducer motor it stopped working in few days. They exchanged the part no problem. Jeff gave great advice and service. Also Jeff came after hours to exchanged my part.

A few weeks ago my inducer motor completely stopped. Called ARS if they carried my part. They had it in stock and being the only place near by and open on a Saturday that carried my part. I was able to replace part and have my furnace back up and running in a short period. Gabe was informative and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

My old condenser stopped working this weekend with temps in the 90’s and Gabe responded quickly with a great quote and next day service. Lester was very fast and neat installing the new condenser unit in the heat. Great Job! I highly recommend Gabe and his Company.

Within the last month we have used ARS 4-5 times. We are selling our home and moving into a house that needs a little TLC. When we had ARS price a fix at our old house we were very impressed with their pricing, responsiveness, professionalism and overall work. That was all we needed. They are now and will always be our HVAC people of choice. I can't stress enough how great they are to work with. Jeff has been the technician that has been out on every job and has been truly amazing. I have nothing but trust in what they suggest and the work that they do. Thank you ARS!

This is the second time I have used ARS for my HVAC needs. Both times they were quick to respond and review what was needed, quick quotes for new installs and fit me into their schedule without delays. The work was cleanly done. The technicians were on time and were professional to ensure a successful completion and a happy customer.

My condenser went down during a really hot spell, read A.R.S. reviews and gave them a call. Came out within a couple hours, gave me a great price for a new coil and condenser, put it in the next day. Lester was great, very fast and neat. Great Job! I highly recommend Gabe and his Company.

I called several companies and some didn't even call back. I had to have my furnace and air conditioner replaced. A.R.S. HVAC priced out the best. It was an all day job and their workers Jeff & Lester were the best! Hard working, honest and trustworthy. Thank you! Highly recommend!

My AC was down during this very hot weather. I was pleasantly surprised to find A.R.S. HVAC locally to purchase parts I needed, in stock, and at a reasonable price. I was relieved not to have to go on line to purchase a part, and wait for a delivery, hoping it would be the right part. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. As well, they will provide guidance to assist in resolving your issue. I purchased a fan motor which was far superior to the original one in my AC. I had my unit up and running in one day! A.R.S. HVAC is a breath of fresh air in the current business climate of today.

Gabe and his team are awesome! I’ve had to use their services more frequently these last few years and they have always had appointments right away and always fix my issues! They have competitive pricing and the best service in the area. Highly recommended!

They were great at coming out right away when they received our call and working through our furnace problems. The technician was professional, friendly and very helpful. They explained everything that was happening through the whole process so we understood everything that was being done. I appreciate how thorough, honest and affordable they are. I will definitely be using ARS for all my furnace needs.

Have had other opinions on why my fairly new ac unit wasn’t working. Went to ARS to order the part I thought I needed . When discussing what was happening the guy at ARS told me what he expected was wrong told me how to safely remove the part and come have it tested. I was able to bring it in, get it tested and purchased a new one. Super friendly , helpful and saved me time and money. Will call them again for any hvac needs. I highly recommend.

One of my favorite DIY stores out there. It is open to the public. Gabe is an awesome individual, always listening and providing his valuable feedback and is very honest in telling you if it’s something a DIYer can do on their own or get a professional to do it. New location is much bigger and very convenient. I’ve saved thousands by doing little repairs myself thanks to this business!

I talked to Jeff at the counter. VERY nice and helpful. Told him my issue and he agree it would be the capacitor. Bought it, tried it and the blower still not turning. Called Jeff, he told me that it could be the motor. (it's 23 years old). Got a new motor and Jeff was very patient with me and tell me what I need to do with the motor because it's a different brand. Got home, spent 4.5 hours removing and install the motors. My furnace is running now, and the house is no longer at 54 degrees. Call next day to thank Jeff. THANK YOU, JEFF!!

Great, great customer service. 2 weeks ago when it was hot as hell, condenser fan went out. Got a new fan motor and condenser from them and guy hooked up the fan motor to the capacitor and cold start. He helped out a whole lot. House is cool and wife is happy
