Sump pump change.. Don was absolutely brilliant right from first contact until the work was done. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend his services. Very knowledgeable and great communication.

Thorough but -fast-! This guy knows his stuff and was even prepared for the unexpected so there was no delay. I've used him for multiple projects... I even called him late one night when my water heater went out and he was there with a new one installed before lunch the next morning!

Had a bad gas valve on the water heater. Gave Don the garage code, he came in an fixed the problem even when we had a previous obligation. Trustworthy. First time I've ever had to deal with this plumbing company. If I ever have another problem, my fingers will do the walking right to D.E. Mathieu Plumbing! End of story. This company rocks!

Don responded to a call for an ejector pump issue. He came out a few days later as scheduled, texted me to let me know his arrival time, and replaced our pump quickly and got everything working again. We've had him out to unclog a kitchen sink line, and recently he installed a backup sump pump for us. At each visit he lets me know when he's coming and shows up on time. His prices are fair, his communication is great, and he is a really nice guy. I'm not looking forward to our next plumbing issue, but when it happens, I've got Don on speed dial.

Excellent plumber! He is ethical and honest. Reasonable prices and very thorough! He has done many things in my home. I trust him completely! Thank you Don, people like you are very rare.

I've had D.E. Mathieu come out for a couple jobs since moving to Warrenville. They're the local pros I trust. He and his son have always been on time, done quality work, and are fairly priced. I hope the son stays with it when Don retires. There's about to be a national shortage of plumbers.

Apparently my original comments didn't show up. This company is one of the best I've ever dealt with. Whether digging with heavy equipment or just fixing a leaky faucet, Don has been reliable, friendly and very professional. He can handle
