This is the only sump pump company I trust. Acey is honest and fair--he has proven this over and over. He has real integrity. I have turned to him for help for years, and would not like to trust my sump pump to anyone else.

These guys are solid. They came out to replace an old broken pump and did it fast, clean, and answered all my questions. Gave me several options and estimates along with pamphlets for all the hardware so I knew exactly what I was getting.

Excellent company. Acey is very honest and will not try to sell you something you don't need . We have been working with him for years and are very pleased with his work .

Our sump pump had went out and didn't have a back-up...this with a big storm coming our way and I live out in far Montgomery, IL. I told him our problem at about 8am and he came over at 11am. He went through what the issues were and gave us options on what to replace and costs. He was very polite and even used covers on his shoes. Got everything replaced and working in a little over an hour. I would recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend Sump Pump Medic! They came out to give us an estimate on replacing our old sump pump and installing a back up. We also were having issues with the drain pipe to our culvert. They did not use high pressure sales tactics. Instead, they were extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. Acey went above and beyond to figure out the problem and a solution, when another company simply wanted us to do a costly install of all new 100 ft of pipe (which was completely unnecessary and would have been a rip off from the other company). Acey also fixed a issue that wasn't even related (ejector pump sloppy install by another plumber) at no charge! The guys wore booties the entire time and cleaned up and left no mess behind. They saved us money and did an excellent job using higher end pumps than what the other company quoted us!

We had Sump Pump Medic out for a free estimate. There was some misunderstanding about the services, and I made the mistake about what was supposed to happen (my husband made the appointment, but I was home when they arrived). Acey, the owner, came right on time. Despite my misunderstanding of the service call, Acey was the one who accommodated us, which is a very refreshing example of customer service.

Acey was on time, professional, and explained everything in great detail so that I understood what I was looking at, and what to do going forward. Acey was very straight forward about the health of our system and gave tips for how to extend life, versus automatically recommending replacement. I feel like I can trust what Acey says about our sump pump system.

When the time comes for future sump pump service or repair/replacement, we will not hesitate to call Sump Pump Medic again.

Everything about this business, run by Acey, is top notch. He just called me back (he's always considerate to call back) because I thought my sump pump was not working, and he carefully helped me assess the situation -- no charge. I'm' not too smart about home repairs, but he was patient, and it turned out both pumps are fine. phew. He's rescued a back up pump not working for the cost of a fuse (which another company told me would be 2K to replace)....he's fixed cracks in my crawlspace that were letting ants in, and he helped me figure out practical and inexpensive ways to keep water out of my basement for no charge. My basement is now and has been bone dry since his help. He installed our present sump pump and it's going on 6 years. Acey is honest and topnotch. Highly recommended by a teacher.

This business operates the way companies should. They are punctual, polite, and keep their word. Most importantly, they do a great job on the sumps and pits. I've used them for at least 10 years, and they are fantastic. They specialize in sump pumps! Why would you want anyone other than a specialist like them to work on something as crucial as controlling water levels so your basement stays dry? Call them.

I’ve been using Sump Pump Medic for almost 20 years. The absolute best customer service and attention to detail compared to any company of any kind I’ve ever dealt with. Acey is a genuine gentleman and class person who knows his business.

Sump pump medic was awesome. I got tons of quotes and sump medic beat them by far. Great service for the cost and the quality of work was on point. Had them install a trench drain at the bottom of my driveway (split level home w/ lower garage). During heavy rains the garage and even basement flooded a few times after moving in a new home. Not a drop of water in the since the install. Great price, craftsmanship and they installed a battery back up and pump I had. They even adjusted my original design to allow the garage more space. The interior picture is the final install with a milled lid. (the excessive insulation around the piping was my doing, please don't blame sump medic, ha)

In the end, I wish I called them first. It would have saved me 3 months looking for someone to do the job at a fair price.

Can't say enough about Acey and Sump Pump Medic. With three visits, he completely updated our Ion sump pump systems compared to what was originally installed when we had our house built 9 years ago. Our new set up is now correctly sized and configured to operate efficiently like we need. There is a creek at the end of our block so the water table is high.
