We always use these guys for both drapery and carpet cleaning. They're always courteous and efficient and they accommodate our schedules.

Professional technicians Carlos and Nick we're true professionals..came in on time, assessed the job and got the job done with the results we wanted! Our dog made messes in both bedrooms while we were out. The stains are completely gone. Totally recommend Bella Carpet and Drape..you will NOT be disappointed!!

Gary was so amazing to care about the well being of my mother. Soon as he heard and understood my needs he was there in an instant. This is a business owner that took the time on a Saturday spur of the moment call.
He rushed his crew over and made sure there was not a spot. My mom is able to sleep in her spotless room on her own bed after being hospitalized. He cares more than any other business owner in that industry!

Rugs in several rooms were worn and dirty. Cleaning greatly improved their appearance as house was put on the market. Techs were outstanding. This was my second experience with Bella and I highly recommend them.

I have used this company twice. The price was by far the best. 1st time I used them I was skeptical so only did 2 rooms but they were able to remove stains from teenagers room and toddlers experiments. After 1st experience scheduled to get the remaining rooms done.

Bella saved my dining chairs from ruin! Another company incorrectly treated the chairs (from Mitchell &Gold so read expensive!) leaving horrible water marks. I was extremely unhappy until Bella showed up and restored the upholstery. I highly recommend this company.

The crew of 2 men were on time, very professional in explaining work that would be done. They did an excellent job of cleaning a heavily trafficked, very dirty area rug, After it dried it almost looked new.

The men vacuumed the heavy darkened dust off the drapery and dry cleaned them on premise. Again and excellent job and they almost looked new. See the picture attached to this review; they do not look like 25 year old drapery. The sheers (which were blackened by accumulated dust) were cleaned off premises. The owner, Gary, brought them back and hung them. They were returned to their beautiful ivory color.

The value of the services rendered and the revived condition of my drapery, furniture, and area rug was worth every penny spent.

We had used Bella for some grout cleaning and sealing several years ago and they did a fantastic job, so when we needed an area rug and carpet pad cleaned we gave them a call. This time around we had a few issues (some probably due to a misunderstanding on our part), but when made aware of these issues Gary immediately addressed them. Sometimes things happen, I get it. To me it's more about how you deal with those issues when they do come up, and Gary and Bella went above and beyond in making sure that we were satisfied.

I have used Bella Cleaning for services for about 10 years and will continue to do so. . Gary Giovannelli' runs a great business and definitely provides great customer service. Most recently I used Bella for carpet cleaning but have used them for other services over the years. All of the employees are friendly and do excellent work. I highly recommend Bella.

I was moving out of my townhouse and wanted to get the carpets cleaned for the new tenants. Bella Customs Cleaning was responsive to my initial request on Google, and when I spoke to Greg, he was helpful in explaining the cost and process. When the day came for the service, they called ahead of time to confirm and on time (in the time window that was assigned to me). The two workers discussed the process or how they clean and measured the areas I requested. If I had before and after photos, anyone would hire this company! Years of high traffic walking plus a teenager and two dogs, they cleaned the carpets so well that I was amazed even before it dried. At just over 800sqft, they were done in an hour and a half and the cost was very reasonable. And that was with a thorough cleaning, spot cleaning, and stairs. I will definitely use them again in my new home. Forget the companies you see advertising on TV! This is the way you want to go!

Gary and his crew did a great job with our basement carpet! Our kittens had a little misadventure and flooded a portion of the basement. After things dried out Gary was able to come out give us an estimate and his crew made the necessary repairs/cleaning within a couple of days.
Side Note:
In the process of having to deal with a flooded basement in the middle of the night I misplaced/lost a very valuable watch. I had no clue where it went! I tore the house apart looking for it and no luck. I figured it was gone forever.
During the carpet reinstall/cleaning process Gary's crew found my watch and placed it safely in a spot I could find it. To me that speaks volumes. Honesty and integrity when no one is watching is hard to find these days. I can't thank Gary and his crew enough. The watch is extra special to me as it was one of the first gifts from my wife after we got married.
I highly recommend Bella Custom Cleaning. You can trust Gary and his crew not only with your Carpet/flooring needs but also to help you find any lost family heirlooms. Haha!

We had two rooms of carpet and a stairway done on June 27, 2017 and they all look great! The technicians were very professional, came on time, and finished earlier than we expected. They also cleaned four valences in our home and did an excellent job. Gary, the owner, is professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He took down our drapes and when they came back, we were very pleased with the way they looked. Gary hung them and pleated them just right.
We will definitely use Bella Custom Cleaning again!

Bella Custom Cleaning was a great option for our HOA's heavily used carpeted main front stairwell. Their crew was prompt, friendly and efficient - they removed years of foot traffic from the carpeted stairs to the point it looked (and smelled) like new. We have several units regularly using the stairs and each has a dog, so this is no small feat. The price quoted was the price charged, no hassle or issue there. Thank you Bella Custom Cleaning! We are planning to use them again for future cleaning projects.

Very professional, I have used them the last 3 years. employees are friendly on time and very neat. they do a great job and the carpet looks like new when they are finished. will use them again this as i use them to keep my carpet in warranty for the stain and cleaning per the carpet manufacturers directions. referred them out as well and they did the same quality to my referral as they did to my home. great people to work with.

Gary was friendly. The carpet cleaners arrived early due to a mistake in booking but was patient and flexible to allow what was need to be done for them to clean. They were professional and quick. They removed set-in stains that we struggled to get out in the past. Price was also very reasonable. Will use again.
