We’re not surprised, but what an amazing job you did with our Spring Cleanup! We have used Dig Right in for 3 years now, and they have taken a disaster into a masterpiece. Our backyard was a complete wreck after Tru Green killed our yard. When we called Dig Right In, Amy immediately came out and took action. She knew what happened and how to fix it. Now, our backyard is the talk of the neighborhood. Thank you!! Highly recommend using them.

We talked a few times, then signed a contract to have this work performed. The only hold up was on JULIE to locate gas line etc. DIg Right showed up on time, worked in a swampy mess and was able to complete this sump pump line with a tie into the city storm system. No more soggy yard!!. Quality pipe with proper connections. This project required 2 city inspections and passed without issues. They kept the work area clean and with minimal alterations to existing landscaping. I'm happy with the work performed.

Tony was great to work with and answered all of our questions about the work we wanted done. Manny and his crew were professional and did an amazing job on the walkway. Manny even went back and switched out some pavers that he saw were chipped. Great communication with Tony and Manny as the work was being done.

We recently worked with DRI to address some drainage issues in our front yard. Tony and his crew were great right from the start. Communication was quick and responsive through the planning and quote process and they answered all our questions. The crew that did the work was courteous, professional, and worked quickly and cleanly. We will absolutely be working with DRI again!

Where do I start? I must first say Dig Right In gets an A+ for their communication and professionalism. My patio pavers and around the garage pavers were old and some were cracked. I called Dig Right In for an estimate and Tony explained everything and gave me some great affordable options. He explained the timeframe of the project and his crew were on point! We recently added on to our existing concrete patio with a paver extension. We reached out to three companies for quotes and settled on Dig Right In. We were very impressed with our designer, Jack from Dig Right In because he took the time to truly understand our vision and answer all of our questions regarding even the smallest of details. He was easy to work with, offered several suggestions and provided expert recommendations on our design. Once we decided on the design, Jack was on-site to ensure that the crew knew what the job entailed and that we were pleased with the progress. Manny was the lead on our project. He and Pedro were incredible – easy to work with and extremely professional. They checked in with us throughout the process to make sure the design met our expectations as they were laying it out.

One of the differentiating factors between Dig Right In and the others was the comfort level we had with Jack and his team’s ability to achieve our vision. Our design included a curved shape and border detail that could only be accomplished to our specifications by making several cuts in the pavers we chose to get them to fit tightly together in the pattern and shape we envisioned. When we were getting our initial quotes, Jack made us feel confident that his crew could cut the pavers to fit our design shape/pattern with no problem, but the other landscapers who quoted our job did not provide those assurances, and furthermore, told us that they “would try”.

After the job was complete, we knew we made the right decision in going with Dig Right In because they brought our vision to life. Manny and Pedro did an amazing job, and it’s apparent that they take pride their work. We could not be more excited about the work that they did for us. It has changed the look of our backyard and now we have a great patio for quietly relaxing or entertaining.

Over the moon! The Dig Right In team transformed our weedy, outdated front yard into a tidy, beautiful welcome mat. The entire team: Jenna (designer), Tony (installation oversite), Manny (crew lead), Izzy and Alberto were professional and respectful from design through execution. Jenna prepared a plan that incorporated beautiful new plants to complement existing elements and textures. The installation crew were efficient and hardworking. Staff and work crew members were professional and friendly, and they did an outstanding job and they were very thorough. Our yard and flower beds were weedy disasters, but not anymore!!

I also really appreciate how well they cleaned up. Our yard was immaculate when they were finished and they also cleaned up any debris that had blown onto our neighbor’s driveway.

Dig right in was great to work with - from scheduling our consultation to the follow up after the project was completed - nothing was short of fantastic. We had Jessie as our main point of contact and she could not have been better. She listened to all our concerns and made it happen! I would not hesitate to recommend Dig Right In to anyone needing landscaping services.

We have had Dig Right In do four projects for us over the past two years. They redesigned our flower beds, moved bushes and perennials, and completed two drainage projects (which included a beautiful dry river bed created by Manny). Tony and Jeff are great to work with and offered lots of suggestions for bushes and plants we added. The whole crew was friendly and professional. They asked for our opinion on plant placement but also offered suggestions based on the best growing conditions for each plant. They left the beds and yard immaculate when they were finished. Would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again next summer for installation of outdoor lighting.

I was very pleased with the work Dig Right In did with our landscaping around our wheelchair ramp. Darcy was fantastic and responsive and the front and side of our house now looks better than ever! Plants she chose and layout she designed was fantastic. Workers were dependable and hard working. I would not hesitate to use them again! Great experience!

The owner Darnell was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had a horrible experience with this company.

Trying to work with this company was a complete waste of time. I called to inquire, was told I'd be contacted in a couple weeks. A month later I called again and this time was contacted within a week. However, the specialist made 2 separate appointments that he then blew off. After talking to another employee and emailing, I got a "Sorry, we're really busy right now" write off. I am appalled at the lack of communication, not the busy schedules.

Total waste of time. I hired Dig Right to do some analysis on a lawn drainage issue. I approved the quote, then heard nothing. After pestering, I was told the work would be done in a day or two. Two weeks later, after being completely ghosted and hearing nothing, I told them to cancel the project.

I get that people get busy but at least have the professionalism and common courtesy to let me know.
