Got a quote that actually matched what we ended up paying which was refreshing the crew time most mornings and didn't drag things out. Addition blends right in with the rest of the house you can't tell it's new construction communication was easy too just texted the project manager directly

they built out a sunroom addition off the back of our house and it came out really nice. big windows on three sides so it gets a ton of natural light. they matched the roofline and siding to the existing house so it doesnt look tacked on, which was my biggest concern going in. floor is heated too which makes it usable even in winter. whole room feels like it was always part of the house and not something added later

We were running out of room with a growing family and moving wasn't something we wanted to do. Looked into adding a second story versus building out the back, and Ashton walked us through what made sense for our lot and budget. They ended up doing a rear addition with a new bedroom and full bath. The foundation work alone was a big job but they kept everything on track. Our neighbors in La Grange had used them for something similar which is how we found them. The extra space made a huge difference.

Ashton Construction built a full addition onto the side of our house that includes a family room on the first floor and a bedroom with an en suite bathroom above it. The family room has vaulted ceilings and a big set of windows facing the backyard, so it gets light all day. They tied the new roofline into the existing one really well and the siding matches perfectly. A friend in La Grange had mentioned their name when we were first starting to think about expanding, so that's how we found them. The bathroom upstairs has heated floors which is something we asked for and they made it work without any issues. The transition between the old part of the house and the new section is smooth, you walk through and everything just connects naturally. The addition basically gave us the space of a bigger house without having to sell and relocate, which was the whole point for us.
