Love this company. The team always does such an amazing job in thoroughly cleaning our home. The company’s app allows you to add a tip, reschedule your clean, and get precise updates as to when they will be arriving at your home. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning service!

My experience with TCA (LaGrange) has been nothing short of professional and satisfactory. The owner called me the day before my first cleaning to confirm my appointment and to let me know the arrival window of the Team. On the day of my scheduled clean, the Team arrived on time and were very friendly. They promptly began working and were very thorough with the clean. Another member of the team arrived about halfway through to make sure everything was going well, as well as to answer any questions I may have had about the process and expectations. For me, this is well worth the money — TCA (LaGrange) made it very easy to schedule, reschedule, and pay for services (their app is very user-friendly), and the services I received definitely exceeded my expectations (my oven was filthy but now is spotless!). I highly recommend TCA (LaGrange).

Kam and Jesus came to clean this week. They had done such a great job. I found Kam to thank her and I said, “Kam, my house looks just beautiful,” and she said back “well it should be. That’s the whole point. Your house should be beautiful.” I think that kind of sums up the quality of service and positive attitude of the Downers Grove, IL branch provides.

The Cleaning Authority La Grange is amazing. On initial consultation, the business owner Scott Young came to my home to walk through what they'd clean and give us an estimate. He was very responsive when scheduling that meeting. He also provided detail on specific items that they'd clean during each cleaning. They have a checklist of items that they will clean during each cleaning, which is awesome. Once we signed up, the people who cleaned our home came on time and cleaned the house VERY thoroughly. They cleaned every item that was on the checklist and more. They were also very friendly with our cats, which is a huge bonus. The Cleaning Authority has an app that lets you know when the cleaners will arrive and what they will be cleaning. You also tip on the app, and 100% of the tips go to the cleaners. The prices of the cleaning authority are much better than other local cleaners, as well. Would 100% recommend.

Just had my first clean with The Cleaning Authority! WOW! Heather and Keasha were extremely hard working and a pleasure to have in my home. Scott and BJ are responsive and have assembled a wonderful team. I am so grateful we have The Cleaning Authority in our area and I am happy to have gotten on their schedule! My house looks FABULOUS! This is the team's second trip to my home and I just love them. They work hard, are efficient, and are thorough in checking before starting exactly what I need done. And their personalities bring sunshine into my home :) Recommend highly!

The cleaners were very thorough, kind, and professional. They were also very sweet to my toddler and made her bed up and arranged her stuffed animals which made her day! They also worked around an unexpected nap from our baby. They were a joy & the house looks great!

The Cleaning Authority is a first-class company!!! The team was extremely professional the moment they arrived. They were on time, called before ringing the doorbell and brought their own cleaning supplies. During the walk-through, the team was very specific with how they can help clean my home. After the walk though I felt very comfortable leaving them to clean while I worked in my office.

During their visit, they were very polite and attentive to all my cleaning needs. When they finished, they walked around the house with me to show me their work. I was IMPRESSED!! Every corner of the house was thoroughly clean. I was so happy, I have already passed on their information to close friends and family.

We've been using them for a few months now and we are very happy. From the initial consultation, the app with updates, and every interaction we've had, you can tell they care about the quality work and their customers. With a dog that sheds , it's easy to spot places that haven't been cleaned, but we can always tell when they've been through because it's the only day there's no dog hair ;-)

The staff does a great job! I'm particular, especially with our bathrooms, and they leave it spotless. With other cleaning services, after my kids would move a trashcan, the gunk was back on the floor but not with this team. Really appreciate the extra attention! Highly recommend!

The 3 ladies who came to our home tpray are so kind, friendly & very “perky” … even at 8 am! They work hard, are thorough & detail-minded. It is wonderful to have a clean home, & even more wonderful to have these kind ladies in my home. We love the gentle scent of the natural products they use! Thank you so much for such good service!

Definitely would hire again--and I have! I’ve had the team visit my house on multiple occasions at this point, and every time they come, they do a phenomenal job. I’m genuinely pleased to have such lovely people (kind and competent) work in my house and hope more people begin to support this local business. The owners BJ and Scott are an absolute treat to work with, and it’s nice to see them get so hands-on. I’m beginning to ramble so I’ll leave it with a well done, Cleaning Authority La Grange.
