Rick and team recently installed a new heat pump and the overall experience was great. The estimate was detailed and explained exactly what options would be best. The technicians were prompt, professional, and did a very clean installation. I will be using them from now on and would recommend them to anyone needing electrical experts.

Byron Electrical Services were so patient and professional. They installed an outlet for the dishwasher in under 30 minutes! They came in and got the job done and more. Excellent customer service and quality! Worth every penny!

Wow, these electricians are awesome! We had a really difficult light location in our office. The bulbs needed to be replaced but because of the high ceiling above our staircase, it was complicated. We called Byron Electrical Services and they came on time and did the unthinkable!!!! It was beyond our expectations!!!Thanks so much Byron Electrical Services. Top notch service.

The Byron Electrical Services crew arrived on time with all materials in hand. They installed the new panel and a new mast to the house. After the install the all did a thorough clean up not leaving a nail or screw behind. Job well done.

The technician from Byron Electrical Services was extremely professional and very helpful. He fixed multiple lights in my house and even helped me find the correct transformer for my doorbell. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an impressive electrician.

Byron Electrical Services did a phenomenal job on the wire service I needed for my home. If you are in need of electrical work be sure to contact them immediately. I appreciate the time they took to troubleshoot and repair. And the prices were affordable. We were in dire need of immediate service and Byron Electrical Services provided that service.

Rick did a great job for us. We had a couple of projects done which in our old and strangely built house presented a number of unexpected difficulties but Rick just kept working at it until he was able to finish the job. He was very professional and considerate taking all of the challenges that our house provided in stride. We definitely plan to use Byron Electrical Services again as we continue to update our home.

Did not use this company. Requested a price on installing a home generator. They would only send someone out if I paid $249.00 first. I only live a few miles away.

Not recommended. Same experience as the last two reviewers. You are really calling Premium Home Services which charges a $179 automatically renewing membership fee to come out. This is before charging for any work. When I realized the fee to come out was an ongoing membership fee I called back and had the service request cancelled and the membership fee refunded. They did refund the membership charge that day. The address in Wheaton does not exist. The BBB rating for Premium Home Services is F. They are not accredited.

I called them to have an electrician come out to fix an outlet that had a short in it. They said it’d be a $149 service fee to come out for which I had to pay before they came out. I paid it and a guy did show up and appeared to have electrician knowledge but now I’m skeptical it was a licensed electrician. Prior to his arrival I received an odd email saying I was enrolled in Premium Home Services at an automatic renewal rate of $149. I never agreed to this automatic annual service charge and I did some research on this Premium Home Service. Tons of people saying it was a scam. I’ve tried canceling it and I was told I’d receive a cancellation verification email. This never happened. I tried calling again days later to cancel the service and I was told they were having issues with their billing system and the person I spoke to from a foreign country was extremely rude. This company is a scam and recommend you run away. The address they listed in Wheaton doesn’t even exist. I drove to the address they say their office was at and it does not exist. On top of that the guy that was at my house charged me an additional $175 on top of the $150 just to fix an outlet. Total was $325 and now I can’t cancel some type of annual service they automatically signed me up for without my approval.
