I called this company on a whim and I have found a trustworthy company that not only stands by their word but their work as well. Came in to work on a kitchen leak and found a bigger issue. After the repair gave good advice on what to do next to remedy any further troubles. Bill was fair, and I plan on using them for future plumbing problems.

Incredible. Great service. We just had Mark over...He has helped us multiple times from fixing other mistakes. Our home is almost 30 years old. We have multiple bathrooms. Things happen and Mark is INCREDIBLE. We have never had a problem with things he has fixed. Highly recommended.

I thought I only needed a shower valve and called Burlingame. He came out and was honest, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and expedient. He didn't charge me for anything I didn't need. The shower valve was replace in a matter of minutes.

He also quoted me to replace my shut-off valves and it was 1/3 of the cost of the other contractor from a big name company.

Absolutely the best! Mark and Jan always go above and beyond. They routinely go out of their way to ensure the best quality parts are used, care is given, and value is delivered. We’ve worked with them on multiple jobs at two different homes. We wouldn’t call anyone else for any plumbing need.

Great customer service. I was in a pickle and reached out to Mark at Burlingame plumbing. I was concerned about a leaking bathtub. I explained to mark my situation and was met with a quick reply and a more than reasonable price. Mark and Jan at Burlingame plumbing saved our day and week.

Between Jan and Mark, they got your plumbing needs covered. Very responsive and patient as they educate homeowners on their systems and improvements to be made if needed. Mark has been our go-to plumber for multiple jobs, and every experience has been nothing short of excellent. We first called him to reroute our sump discharge, and his workmanship and professionalism made it an easy decision to call him again when we needed additional work done.

Most recently, we had him move and extend a gas line for our stove. We discovered that the appliance delivery company had inadvertently loosened the shut-off valve when removing our old unit, creating a minor gas leak concern. As a family with small children, this could have been a stressful situation, but Mark promptly and efficiently addressed the issue, ensuring everything was safe and properly secured. His attention to detail and expertise gave us complete peace of mind.

Mark saved the day for us when our water heater started to malfunction. He responded quickly, quoted a very competitive price, and treated our home as if it were his own during the installation. The service is excellent, and I have a new go-to plumber.

…and now she’s leaving threatening voicemails!

I seldom write reviews but now that Jan from Burlingame Plumbing is leaving threatening voicemails against my wife and my wife’s company, because of a bad review, I need to write something. We were told a job would cost $149, to fix a part in our toilet, but after showing up very late to the job (with no calls) they charged us more than double. Jan, the person from the company you will be forced to deal with on the phone (wife of the repairman), hid the parts cost and their traveling costs until after the job was done. When asked about this afterwards Jan said she didn’t have to divulge these costs over the phone unless the customer asks. Well, we did ask how much the job would cost, and she intentionally hid these costs from us. After the job my wife called Jan to discuss why we were not told an accurate price for the job, but Jan immediately turned vicious over the phone to the point that my wife had to hang up to have Jan’s torrential flood of verbal abuse stop. My wife left an accurate and truthful bad review online about our bad experience, but then Jan called 3 times, including a threatening voicemail, which we have kept. In it Jan admitted she looked up my wife’s business online and will now get people she knows to fabricate lies and put bad reviews online about my wife’s business now. What? That’s sick! If Burlingame Plumbing doesn’t want bad reviews then they should improve their customer service. Abusive, vindictive, threatening, bullying and unprofessional. Beware of this company!!!

Mark did a good job with the repair. My low rating is because Jan did not tell us their charge for driving here would be $75 (half the hourly rate). After the appointment, I called Jan and shared that I wish this was told to us at the same time we scheduled the appointment. She said she was "under no obligation to provide that cost unless the customer specifically asks." Really disappointed especially the unkind, unprofessional tone.
