I’ve had multiple good experiences with this company, Alex with plumbing and Robert with HVAC. Both were very professional and were able to identify and solve my problems quickly. They were also respectful of my time, they came on the early side within the window that we were given by the company and didn’t make us wait around all day for service. I’ve used this company multiple times and will continue to be a customer in the future.

Alex was amazing, was able to fit us in last minute. Very thorough and explained everything so it was easy to understand for a non plumber. Prices were also very fair. I will definitely be calling again.!

Everything went super smooth from the first time I reached out to project completion. My A/C project was a little tricky, and different companies recommended different solutions. I ultimately was convinced that Dan knew his stuff and also didn't try to up sell me. I ended up with a Trane unit for a very competitive price and the confidence that the job was done right.

On time, expert job, reasonable rate $220 for kitchen faucet replacement

After the great job on my kitchen faucet, I tried the complete home wellness check. Furnace was cleaned and tuned up, and an overloaded circuit in my circuit breaker panel was diagnosed and repaired. Great work, great advice, and friendly courteous workers. On time, honest, and reasonable. These folks are the best!

Customer service agent who took our initial phone call was most helpful. The electrician was efficient and thorough.

Dan was great very responsive and helpful with resolving my problem. I will be using him going forward as a result. I highly recommend using this company.

I called OneStop Pro out after a handyman recommended I look into a drain check valve. Matt was super responsive and got someone out that day. It was the second visit with Alex that really impressed me and made me see why the company has such good reviews. Alex ran a camera through my line, showed me the footage, and explained to me a ton of info about my line and why he didn’t think anything needed to be done. I’m grateful to have met an honest plumber and will be calling them back for my future needs.

The service at OneStop was very quick, they were able to schedule within me 24 hours of contact. They sent Alex out and he diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly. Alex was very polite and knowledgeable about his work. He had a very postive attitude. My wife and I would highly recommend OneStop!

I was thrilled after our two A/C units went out that OneStop could come out and evaluate the next day. They were able to install new units within days, which was especially important because we had company coming to stay with us for a week. Jeremy was prompt, conscientious of keeping our home clean, and thorough. Our two new A/C units are cooling our house comfortably. We were very pleased with OneStop.

I scheduled a visit first thing Sunday morning for a furnace issue. A technician came out the next day and found the solution for no additional charge for labor or parts. During the visit, a leak from the water heater was discovered and they recommended that I replace the unit. The same technician came out on Friday of the same week and replaced the unit without any issues for a competitive price. I highly recommend using OneStop Pro based on my experience with them.

Very happy with the work completed by OneStop Pro. We needed to have our tankless water heater serviced after many years, they were quick to respond and schedule the service visit. On the day of the visit, they sent text updates including the name and picture of the tech so I knew exactly who was coming which was much appreciated. The Tech Alex Munoz, was quick and efficient with the service and showed me everything that was flushed out of my system. He also made recommendations for standard maintenance cadence moving forward. Would highly recommend.

Great experience with One Stop Pro Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling! Home repairs are not my favorite and Alex was very knowledgeable and professional and easy to talk with about issues.

He quickly installed a new bathroom faucet to fix a drip and replace a part in my tub faucet that I would have hot water, again!

I also appreciated that he saved me a little $$$ by explaining a small plastic part was making the handle loose on the tub and I should be able to call the manufacturer for this problem rather than replacing the whole trim kit (I did this and it worked!)

My 20+ year-old HVAC system was in need of replacement, especially after the furnace broke this winter. I reached out to Robert, who not only offered a fair price for a new Trane system but also led a team of dedicated professionals-Jeromy, Frank, and Caleb. Their excellent job included installing the new system and updating the GFCI outlet as per city safety regulations. One Stop even assisted in obtaining an HVAC installation permit from the city.
If something goes wrong with the installation, One Stop Pro will quickly correct it and fix the issue. My installation experience with One Stop Pro made me feel valued as a customer, and I plan to contact them next time I need plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repair.
