Great company here. Very competent. Pulled off a miracle for me. And did it at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend them.

I had a historic home built in 1893 in the historic district of North Kenwood. They did a terrific job with an exceptional price.

Evo Construction did tuck pointing at my home they did a great job. Mantas and his crew were polite,and hard working.They were always on time and kept me updated they where professional and I will recommend them to anyone that needs construction work done.I will call them again when I need work done.

Evo Construction did a wonderful job updating our four unit building and garage. New trim, paint, soffit/fascia, gutters, downspouts, concrete walkway, sidewalk and garage apron. It was a big job, but Evo owner, Mantas, was onsite almost every day for about two months! He was attentive to our questions and concerns and made suggestions to make the finished job look great.

I hired Mantas and his crew a few times and every time was very impressed by how organized they are. Let’s be honest, most of the tradesmen make promises and then you hear “tomorrow”, “I need another week”… Mantas scheduled me a couple of weeks out and showed up on the day he promised he would. I needed the facade of a 4 story 8 unit building tuckpointinted and he did a wonderful job on it and on time! I hired Mantas a few more times after that and he always has done a great job. I highly recommend Mantas to anyone with any masonry work needs.

I am so impressed with Evo Construction company from Willow Springs . From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and did an amazing job on my new roof. The team was punctual, kept me informed every step of the way, and the quality of their work is outstanding.Also Nemira did great with permitting. Obtained permits within 1 day. We have a building whose front steps were over 100 years old. They were the original limestone steps on the building. The team at Evo Construction worked with us to find the best price they could even when there are supply chain issues. And they did a beautiful job giving us new limestone steps to last us the next 100 years. They were tidy, quick, and great to work with.

My new roof leaks and Mantas doesn’t return calls. I would not recommend for roofing. I had to file an insurance claim to get it fixed.
