They provided flexible hours for scheduling, which was helpful. We had a very unknown problem, and they did a good job of explaining what the problem was. As updates on the issue came through, they were upfront with their estimates before proceeding with the work.

Mind-boggling service! I called Conway Electric, after reading all their reviews and I was not disappointed. They showed up on time and solved a tricky problem that was out of the norm. I plan on using them again for additional electrical work. Highly recommend.

The tech was awesome, on time, stayed as long as it took, and even did a few things extra, which was really nice. They offer financing as well which we took advantage of because let's face it this kind of work is expensive. I saw all the wires sticking out of my house they started with and then the final end product, was totally worth it.

Conway Electric are very professional, polite and courteous. Their office staff called me and informed me about the color of the vehicle the technicians will be arriving in. They inspected my electric fault, fixed the problem and charged me a very fair rate. I highly recommend and will hire them again!!

Christopher and his team came in and rewired an outlet for my new whirlpool tub, split the fan and light into 2 separate switches in both bathrooms, replaced switches and installed a chandelier. I have a great feeling that the level of work delivered was worth the price they gave. Kudos!

The two electricians from this company were very personable and did a great job. It took them 2 days to finish the electrical wiring around my compound as opposed to the three days I was expecting. This was my second time to hire them for some electrical work and the results were exceptional. Hats off!!

Timothy helped us get our business phone lines up and running. We were in a bind and he made time for us and came out the same day we called and stayed until 8pm to make sure we got up and running. I would recommend Conway Electric to anyone with electric/wiring service or repair needs. He was kind, professional, and knowledgeable about our problem!

Totally disappointing company. They sold me over the phone a "New Customers Deal" for $99/estimate, unlimited estimates for a year and $50/off the first project. I took time off from work, confirmed with them a few weeks and hours before the arrival of the estimate and they never arrived. I asked for my money back and no one apologized no explanation. Avoid at all costs. The estimate fee was returned but I lost out from the hours of work I missed due to their lack of professionalism.
