Hayden was great! Came out on a Sunday night and quickly fixed my furnace. Extremely knowledgeable and professional and got the work done right and fast. Would highly recommend.

American Air helped me out to service my Carrier Infinity furnace. There aren’t many in the area who are recommended by Carrier. Ben and Mark went over and above to make sure the heat exchanger in fact needed to be replaced. Because the parts were under warranty, they saved me thousands above what a different HVAC company quoted to replace my furnace. Not only that, they got the part in fast (the day after Christmas) and installed sooner than what the other company could schedule. With colder temperatures returning soon, I appreciated their professional and friendly service.. I highly recommend them!

Great same day service on furnace. Jackson also provided maintenance and cleaning of the furnace. Very thorough job and ran furnace cycle several times to make sure it was running properly.
Jackson is a great communicator and polite.

My experience with American Air Heating & Cooling installing a new furnace and AC unit was terrific. There were cracks in the heat exchanger in my 19 year old furnace. And my AC unit was 30 years old! Hayden came the same day for a bid. And three days later, the installation of both was done!! Nick and Jackson installed the units and they did an outstanding job! The work even required going under the deck with less than a foot of crawlspace. They worked really really hard all day! Every time I checked on things, they were busy working! They were professional, kind and didn’t get annoyed with my questions!! They cleaned everything and left it better than before! I highly recommend American Air!

I had Ben come out for an emergency. Furnace was not blowing hot air. After speaking with Ben, I quickly noticed how transparent he was. Without even asking, he cleaned out my blower free of charge, when another company, not naming names (Ernst Heating and Cooling), tried charging me $750 to clean the blower. Moral of the story, he fixed the issue in a timely manner and the prices were very reasonable. I will be using American Heating and Cooling in the future.

Our furnace started going out on the coldest night of the season last week, naturally. Nick came out and gave us a diagnostic, he was super informative, and let us know our best options, was super honest and friendly. 5 days later Nick, Jackson and Hayden showed up completely replaced our furnace and A/C unit for us in one day. All three were so kind, respectful and got the job done even while battling insane winds today! We really appreciated the time they took to explain everything. And the lengths they go through to be respectful of your home while hauling big equipment in and out was superb! We are super grateful and glad we went with American Air Heating and Cooling. Lisa was the best at communicating financing options for respectfully a big home investment too. Seriously everyone was fantastic! Thank you guys!

Hayden showed up on time within the window I was given. He was honest about what was wrong and was patient with my million questions 😂. I needed a new blower motor installed and when we agreed to go forward with the service he began immediately. The motor he had with him wasn’t a great fit for the housing/mount I had. (My furnace is like 30 years old 🤦🏼‍♂️) He took the time to call around and source one that would fit, went and got it, and was back within the hour. Efficient! The wife, children and myself are super grateful for his quick and professional service. I’m writing this review on my birthday and celebrating with my family in a heated home! Thanks so much Hayden, you’re truly a rockstar man. You got a good man working for you American Air Heating & Cooling. Oh I don’t want to forget, the kind lady who answered the phone was super friendly and polite. When I explained my situation, she got me on the schedule the same day and within 2 or so hours of my call. You’re amazing too. I highly recommend them and in the event my HVAC system does finally kick the bucket, they’ll be my first call!
