Dave came out and repaired our rattling pipes. Very professional and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Very efficient and fair with price for repair. I would definitely recommend Kendall plumbing heat and A/C

Since we moved to the area a couple years ago, we have had Kendall Plumbing in to do several small jobs and inspect our HVAC, which we had them replace 3 years ago. After returning home from a recent trip, we noticed the shutoff valve was starting to leak. We called this morning, expecting to schedule a later time this week (not being an emergency), and Dave came out and did the work within the hour! This in no way implies they are not busy; we just were fortunate he was in the office and could squeeze us in. As always, we are impressed not only with their expertise but also the professionalism they display at all times.
A special thanks to Dave for his efforts! They will be back this fall for more plumbing updates to our home.

I had a Leak in my kitchen and Steven was sent to invesitgate. he ran multiple tests to ensure there were no additional issues other than the problem discovered. provided great advice on next course of action, and made sound reccomendations on how to ensure issues like the one I had would not happen again. KP has taken excellent care of my parent's properties in Oswego, for many many years. Now, as my brother and I have taken over responsibility of the homes, we have learned very quickly, why our parent's trusted and turned to them for all of their HVAC and plumbing needs. Greg, David, Steve and everyone at Kendall Plumbing are wonderful to work with. Pricing is very reasonable and fair, but without a doubt the strongest redeeming qualities of KP are their quality work and top-notch service (and quick response time, too).

Never had a bad experience with kendall plumbing. They communicate arrival times and show up earlier in the time window given. The techs are knowledgeable and very efficient. The prices are fair too! Overall they have you covered without costing a small fortune and you get more than what you paid for.

They were able to get a field technician out to me very quickly, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to identify and fix the problem quickly and clearly had very good expertise. I will be using Kendall for any future plumbing issues I have.

Kendall plumbing HVAC has great service. From calling in to make an appointment to having the service man Kodi out to check and clean our ac unit , everyone was great and easy to talk to. Would recommend them for service.

Called Kendall Plumbing for a service quote to replace an outdoor water spigot..received quote immediately over the phone. Very attentive & responsive. Called at 8a open time, service tech at my residence by 8:30a. Job professionally completed in no time. Tech answered all my questions & cleaned up after the job was done. Our situation was somewhat of an emergency. Our hot water heater was shut off by Nicor for safety reasons. I called Kendall Plumbing and Heating and my first contact was the office staff who was very helpful and professional. My husband talked to Greg who came out in the morning about 9:30 to assess our needs. He recommended a water heater with a better, more current venting system and by 11:45 Dave was here to do the installation. We had texts telling us he was on the way and an app so we could follow his progress.

The work site was left clean and tidy and all trash was removed.

Because this is the same day, I can’t comment on the water heater itself other than to say we have hot water!

Had an emergency gas leak that needed repair. Kendall Plumbing and Heating came out within the hour and repaired it quickly. It was a -2 degrees today and they were quick, efficient, and made sure our problem was resolved so we could get our heat up and running again. Big thank you to Dave for his promptness and explanation of repairs. Would definitely use them again and highly recommended!

Last fall we had our furnace cleaned and was told that we needed to have it replaced. We wanted a second opinion so we called Kendall. A tech called me back right away and was scheduled to come out the next day. Unfortunately due to an emergency at work I had to reschedule, which they were very great with accommodating. When they came out they confirmed that we had to get a new furnace as well as recommended we replace the AC unit as well (which we did). They were great about making sure that we understood everything and bought the right units. They were very busy but since we were without heat they got us in quickly. The day of the install the techs were great, made sure we had our new thermostat installed and they were even great with our dog 🙂. Overall it was a great experience and the people are always so friendly and down to earth. I’m happy that we found them!

Steve was at our door within less than 45 minutes after I called. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He informed us of the cost up front and was very pleasant to work with. We’ll definitely call Kendall Plumbing and Heating when we need plumbing or heating service again.

Nate did a real great job! He was very friendly and explained all steps replacing our ejector sump pump. We have relied on Kendall Plumbing for all work- they are punctual and cleans up their job!
