Great company, highly recommend! Sunday morning waking up to 60 degree Temps in the house. Matt was there in less than 90 minutes. Fixed the issue and did some PM while he was here. 2nd time using him and will next time too.

My husband found a gas leak today and Matt came out very quickly and fixed the issue. He is really great to work with and is super knowledgeable about what he does. We will definitely keep using him in the future!

Matt was absolutely wonderful! Our furnace fan motor decided to call it quits unexpectedly. Matt came out very quickly, identified the problem, and fixed it within an hour of being at our house. He was very professional, nice, and fair in pricing. I would highly recommend Pleasant Temps!

We are really happy we found Matt and Pleasant Temps. We had them install a heater in our new detached garage. Matt had some great suggestions which made great sense. He purchased the heater for us at cost since the gas and electric were already in place. His installation team did a fantastic job!! They were efficient and the installation was flawless. I am glad that we found Pleasant Temps Heating & Cooling. Matt came out to repair and service a new-to-us 31-year-old mechanical system. While on site, we discussed a succession plan, as the HVAC system is clearly approaching the end of its useful life.

Matt had great advice in terms of how best to upgrade the furnace and air conditioner for safety, performance and value. I work in the building trades and have a high degree of confidence in Matt's recommended approach.

The charge for the service call was very reasonable, especially considering Matt's expertise. I've paid more to have under-qualified junior staff service similar equipment. That makes Pleasant Temps a good value in my book.

I’m so glad I looked at all the highly recommend recommendations for Matt at Pleasant Temps on my neighborhood Facebook page. I am happy to report that Matt fixed something that another company in town installed that never worked. A part burnt out even because it was installed incorrectly by the other company. Matt is great. He explains what he does and why. He will be our go to furnace man from now on.

We had Matt out to replace our AC unit earlier this year and I cannot recommend him enough. He is an honest guy that doesn’t just try to unnecessarily upsell. He actually explained things to us and comfortable with the decision we made.

Matt is the best! Expert knowledge combined with impeccable honesty in his assessments and recommendations. He is very knowledgeable, listens to the issues we are having and works with you on solutions. He is candid about projects that may not be worth the money and I find him to be very trustworthy. He gives great advice on the latest technology and is familiar with smart home options. He goes the extra mile for his customers (I just texted with him at 8p on a Wednesday and he helped troubleshoot a thermostat replacement that I was installing). Bottom line: I highly recommend Matt.

Our heater wouldn't kick on and Matt was able to look at and fix it same day (Saturday morning!) He had the part that needed to be replaced on hand and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He helped us fix a thermostat issue that we've had for years!
