Impeccable service from start to finish. Needed a full HVAC replacement. Not only were Shield the only company to quote me the right equipment, at the right price first time (no need for 'price matching'), but the Engineers were courteous, knowledgable, fast and clean in their work. The guys worked tirelessly to ensure that my A/C was up and running on the day as promised. No surprises, they executed the work exactly as quoted and discussed. Would recommend 100% - these guys are great!

Answered phone call first call and showed up same night to assess problem. Ordered new furnace and AC and installed in one day. Very impressive. The two worked together as a good team. I'm not easily impressed, but they did impress me.

I have had 5 different technicians from several companies at my home over the past 4 years. Each one telling me something new was wrong with my system, and that my entire system needed replaced. Sines can you my home and a thorough, professional, and communicated to me what was actually going on with my system. Long story short, I won’t be calling anyone else from now one.

Our furnace kept going out and parts were being replaced one at a time. This was getting costly. We called Shield Comfort H & A. They said the furnace was going to keep going out a piece at a time until the whole furnace was new,. our equipment was over twenty years old.They said just junk it and get a new furnace. They did so well on the furnace we asked them to replace the air conditioner unit as well. When that was done we asked them to go ahead and replace our water heater, which was no as old but full of debris. They tried several ways to drain it but still it was extremely full of sediment the it took all the strength and expertise to lift it out of the basement. They did all without setting off our three Dogg's even once!! What a great couple of guys. We have no worries about heat air or water for another twenty years. Hire this company, you will not regret it!!!! They went above and beyond by fixing a faulty filter system and removed a failed humidifier system.

They said it would be an hour to get to me and it was 15 to 20 mins early. And was text so I know they were on their. He explained everything and told me how much it would cost. My air conditioner is working great. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. He was quick and proficient.

After being quoted over $2000 from Mowery, Shield Comfort did my repair for around $300. They were the only company I found that does free 2nd opinions! Sines Heating and cooling did a fantastic job! Originally hired for duct cleaning, upon inspection found out that the ductwork in my home was installed incorrectly when I built the house. I then hired Sines to do a complete replacement. The cost was reasonable, and the took the cost of the duct cleaning off the replacement. This is a family run business, and the work was completed on time, and in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend Jason Sines, and will be using them again in the future.

Tom and his two helpers Thomas and David arrived early in the morning. They did an absolutely incredible job of installing new ductwork and vents. We used to have a musty smell and now it's an incredibly clean smell in the house and we have a lot better circulation than we've ever had in the 30 years we've lived here, so a big shout out to Tom and Thomas and David. thank you so much!
