Northwood Homes builds a quality home by quality people! Joe Potts and his team will make sure your home is better than what you envisioned!

The Potts family are very generous people. Joe has always looked for ways to help others in various ways. He runs a business with integrity! He treats all of his contractors and their workers with respect. Working for this company is like working with family. I have been aware of random people dumping in his dumpster for years. If a neighbor lady would have called Joe, he probably would have picked up the lady's storm damage himself and offered help to fix the fence. Northwood homes is an asset to the community!

Joe Potts and Northwood Homes are awesome! They build beautiful free standing condos and sure know how to run a business. They treat everyone with great respect and do excellent custom work on their homes.

The entire team at Northwood Homes is wonderful to work with. They were very easy to get ahold of and answered all of our questions throughout the entire remodel! They were extremely flexible and did amazing work!

The Northwood Homes Team recently renovated our sunroom/porch. They raised the floor to be level with the kitchen floor of our home which required the placement of insulation and wood on top of the original concrete floor. The storm door to the patio needed to be raised to accommodate the change in height, and we had 3 electrical outlets placed in the floor for additional circuits. This project was completed with excellent attention to detail and to our great satisfaction! Thank you to all the team for a job well done !!

Northwood Homes remodeled our basement and they did a fantastic job! I have nothing negative to say, it was all great and Justin made the project easy for us during the whole process which could be stressful but we had no stress! Everything was done according to schedule and Justin kept us in the loop at all times. The finish project is beautiful and I know we will have more projects to come, and will absolutely call Northwood Homes for our next project!

Northwood Homes recently renovated our bathroom. They removed the old floor, cabinets, tub and all the fixtures. We now have a walk-in shower, beautiful white oak rift cut cabinets, heated floor and pocket door into our closet. Justin, his Northwood team and subcontractors were all great to work with. We appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. The entire project was very well done.
This is the second time we’ve used Northwood homes as we remodeled our kitchen in 2023 and still receive compliments. We highly recommend them.

Northwood Homes came alongside when we encountered water damage in our kitchen. I had researched additional contractors, however Joe was the one I ultimately trusted to complete our project. Joe and Justin, along with their team, were great to work with and delivered on a quality job that we will enjoy and love for years to come. I cannot recommend enough to trust them with your future or current projects!

Northwood Homes were an excellent company to work with on my home remodel and update. Justin returned my call almost immediately and was on site for the initial inspection soon after. Justin listened to my vision and then developed a plan to achieve my goal. They listened when I had questions and guided me when I needed help. The workmanship by Eric and Jake was excellent and follow up on the details was outstanding! What work they did not do themselves was done by sub contractors that were on time, efficient and maintained the high quality standards set by Northwood. Any questions or concerns were addressed in a timely matter, often immediately but never more than 24 hours. As with most remodels some unknowns were uncovered but they were dealt with quickly and professionally.

Not having done much remodeling I can only judge price by the results, and the results were outstanding!

Best recommendation I can give is if I need additional work done in the future I will not hesitate to call Justin and the gang from Northwood Homes.

Very nice hime but they are not making the homes for disablied people that cost extra and according to the disabled act everyone equal no extra charge

Called the business & the owner was pretty rude & hung up as I was trying to get my sentence out. Not a good experience for the first phone call I've ever made to them.
