I had an unexpected surprise this morning with my basement under 3 inches of water. Called Mowery immediately. They sent me Quinn and Thomas who were there within a short time thankfully! They determined what the problem was quickly, fixed it, and hauled out the bad equipment. They were polite, informative and quick. Thanks, Mowery! Quinn and Thomas did a great job!

Just a pre winter service today on our Geothermal with a backup gas furnace in addition to the on demand hot water heater . I’m not sure if Mowery has an employee recognition program, But Toby and Mr Quick , are both excellent contenders for employee of the month awards! Friendly, courteous with heads up calls and shoe covers, professional workers very knowledgeable of our systems keeping us apprised of progress and conditions. Thanks for providing such attentive service over the years, we would highly recommend Mowery for your HVAC services.

At work, get a call from the wife in a panic. "We have a leak in the garage and water is going everywhere and I can not find the shut off". I am telling here were to look and it is not obvious where it is located, I quickly realize that I am 20 minutes away. Tell her call Mowery and I leave work. Pull up and Jim is already there, water shut off and tells me what I have. Pipe burst. He had arrived within 10 minutes of the call. In less than an hour, issue was repaired and the wife was calm again, me too for that matter. Class act and great service. That is why I use them and have since I have been in Brownsburg.

Recently had an after hours plumbing emergency and Seth came to our rescue!! Incredible customer service- fully explaining everything and giving honest recommendations. Never once did we feel taken advantage of, which would be easy to do since we know nothing about plumbing. We will be scheduling additional needed services and requesting him in the new year.

We've always been pleased with the quality service Mowery provides. We had regularly scheduled maintenance on our furnace today and Charles Northrup was fast, courteous, and answered all our questions.

We have been with Mowery since we built our home in 2013. Over the years we started using their service contract for regular maintenance. Nick D completed the HVAC service and was very professional, courteous and informative. Top notch customer service and Mowery is fortunate to have him as a representative.

Kitchen drain issue was cleared ASAP. Quick, same day service. Drain tech, Curran, was extremely professional. Gave me all the options & did a wonderful job. Greatly appreciated the service from the front desk call to completion. Thanks!

Shout out to Trae that came to save us twice (on the coldest day ever) and hasn’t stopped until he found out how to help us. Great guy, very pristine, polite and hands on. We even made a membership so we could work with him again.

Mowery came out to the house today and serviced the Water Heater and Furnace.
Both Zak and Brock were very professional and explained what they were doing and then consulted with me after the check on status of both the Water Heater and Furnace. I highly recommend Mowery!!

Was having a dripping noise from the bathroom called and they were very quick to come out and figure out what was happening. Jim C was super nice and explained things in a way I could understand not knowing anything about plumbing. Definitely will be using Mowery again!

Due to the age of our appliances (22 years), the cold had been brutal the past few weeks. We ended up having to get a new furnace and water heater within a few days of each other.
The unexpected expense sucked, but Mowery was very responsive and helpful the entire way through. Everyone who came to the house was super professional and informative.

I can't say enough good things about Mowery! their customer service is absolutely incredible, they truly care about their customers and go above and beyond in every way. I've been dealing with some sewer line issues, and from the very beginning, they have been professional, kind, and genuinely helpful.
John and Wyatt have been the main technicians helping me, and they have both been amazing, knowledgably, and thoughtful. On one of the days they came out (which happened to be my birthday), they completely surprised me by bringing flowers and a birthday card, and all three of them (John, Wyatt, and Austin) sang me happy birthday! Which I thought was incredibly kind, and says so much about they kind of people they are.
Mowery has truly earned my trust and gratitude. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company with skill, integrity, and heart.

Dennis was our provider super professional and explained all details at length. Identified our fireplace issue quickly and was able to correct same day. Asked if any other concerns… took time to look at furnace and made recommendations. Very happy with the service call

Jim came out to our home (we had a busted water line) on an emergency call. He explained the process very clearly and did excellent job for us. Highly recommend Jim, and Mowery for their great professional service.

I scheduled my first tune up with Mowery and am very happy with the service! Jeremiah, my technician was wonderful. He walked me through what was included with the clean and check and was very informative about Mowery's maintenance plan. Super nice guy, will use you guys again!

Today we had our regular maintenance check-up for our furnace. Service Tech Charles Northrup arrived as scheduled, explained everything he did and advised of any possible problems we might encounter in the future. We really appreciate how polite and professional he was. Will certainly be requesting him in the future! We have been very happy with Mowery. Highly recommend for all your HVAC needs.

Quinn was so helpful and polite! He showed me a couple things I didn't know about my own home, very knowledgeable young man. He came out late at night and stayed until my gas was turned back on. Thank you Quinn for going above and beyond for us! Please give him a raise!

Charles was just out to do the annual maintenance review on our furnace. He did such a great job! We had to have a small repair, and he took care of it quickly. We love Mowery!

I’ve worked with Mowery for many many years. They have been consistently reliable, professional, and thorough. Dennis replaced parts on the fire place today and made sure I understood work done prior to departure. Always appreciate the techs walking through work completed.

After calling 14 other 24/7 plumbers, Mowery saved the day. Shane was at my home in under 45 minutes to fix a leaking pipe at 9:30 pm. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained my options in a way that didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. He stopped the leak and came back the next day to repair it. I feel very confident in trusting Mowery with all my future plumbing and HVAC needs, which is why I purchased a service agreement with them. Thanks Shane and Mowery staff! I really appreciate you :-)
