Action Plumbing of Cedar Lake saved my life! Brandon came in the middle of the night and fixed a leak that was causing my ceiling to sag and the paint to bloat with water. He was incredibly kind and so compassionate, he wasn't even supposed to be on call but everyone else was busy and he heard the worry in my voice and decided to come personally. I cannot say enough good things about this experience, Brandon truly made such a difference.

Replaced leaking valves under my vanity in the basement bathroom. Brandon was on time, friendly, clean and thorough.

In 30 minutes the job was done, he'd cleaned up and was gone.

After paying Action Plumbing went straight into my address book!

I had Action out to my home several times. Two were for emergencies, backed up drain and leaking shut-off valve. I am pleased with the work they have done. Plumbing is expensive, but water damage is worse. They told me my price up front and would make sure that every step they took in fixing my issue was taken care of in a reasonable manner. I had Action out this week to change out the traps on my wash tub (original to the house of 54 years.) Ralph rodded out the clean out, changed the trap and fixed an outside water spigot. He went through everything with me and explained what he was going to do. He didn’t try and talk over my head about his procedures. He explained, executed and cleaned up afterwards. I am thankful for the times they have come out to my home. This is the only plumbing company I will call.

They even came out to an emergency call at my parent’s home, when their ejector pump failed. Good company, honest pricing and they take the time to explain everything.

Action Plumbing of Cedar Lake Quin & Luke came today at a minutes notice practically to replace our water heater! They were wonderful and professional and quick! Also Wendy who helped arrange the schedule so they would be able to get our water heater fixed quickly. Thank you all!!! Happy Holidays!

Little John and Sam did an outstanding job in helping us complete our bathroom remodel. Their work was spread over three separate visits as we DIY’d the job. They ensured they didn’t track any dirt into our home and were professional and courteous the entire time. Great guys to work with and we wouldn’t hesitate to call them in the future.

Great company! Little John is the best. He’s very helpful, he listened to what the issue was and miraculously figured out the problem and was able to walk me through it. Pretty much saved our sump pump and a basement flood. We will for sure continue using them for service. Thanks again for the best service and kindness. This is the second time in two weeks I’ve had Action out to perform work in my home. Prior to finding Action plumbing I had multiple plumbers names and numbers in my phone. After my experience with Action, I deleted all the other plumbers contact information. Brandon was the plumber that came out on both service calls. Did a fantastic job. Installation was perfect Price was extremely fair. I would highly recommend Action to anybody who wants to feel comfortable with a trade coming into their home to perform work and the associated cost with that work. As a homeowner, it’s a huge relief to know that I found an honest and fair plumber to perform quality work in my home.

Little John from Action Plumbing has been to our home numerous times and he is an all around great guy and plumber! Little John has a wonderful personality, he is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Sam at Action Plumbing came out to check on a problem we had with our toilet not filling up with water. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and customer centric during his visit. Would highly recommend and ask for Sam.

Action plumbing came in and helped us fit our basement with a new bathroom with a standing shower, toilet, and sink. It was done over 2 visits because we needed to put flooring down between the visits. All the people in and out of our house were considerate and professional.

We had Jon and his associate from Action Plumbing come in today to replace our toilet. They were very friendly, knew what they were doing, quick and efficient!!
