Thanks to Ellis Electric, we already have an awesome generator! Power has been out for 22 hours but generator keeps running and our daily life hasn’t been interrupted!

Needed power out to my garage. The two gentlemen that came out from Ellis were super professional and knowledgeable. They were able to get the power to my garage well under the time they thought. Anything I need for electrical, Ellis will be the first place I call!

I had some projects that I needed to complete. Anthony was the lead electrician. He and his associate were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would highly recommend.

Had some issues with payment process but was able to Work out easily .
Friendly helpful business. Decided to make payment in person and was glad to have met Pam and her puppy.

We had a small emergency... Called Ellis Electric per a recommendation from Pat with HP and they were able to squeeze us in between jobs just an hour after I called. Within 30 minutes of arriving, the issue was fixed.

I am a repeat customer. They are honest and fair. There is virtually nothing you can give them that is beyond their capabilities. The entire team is wonderful, especially Anthony and Pam in the office.

They do really great work here! Very quick and reasonable price. Pam at the front desk is very helpful and the guys that came out did a good job.

Great Service- came out to assess and scheduled services the next week. The team that came out was professional, knowledgeable and kept me updated on their progress. They were finished quickly and were happy to accommodate my last minute "oh can you add this too!?!" changes. Will definitely be using for all future electrical needs.

Ellis was fantastic in our EV Charger install. The estimator came out and the crew was out the next week! We appreciate that the crew was able to run a hardwired system and hide the electric from our panel to the opposite garage wall. They did a fantastic job! We were able to charge the same day! Great job!

I was disappointed in the way the owner treated me when i came in to discuss prices for the work i needed done. Mr ellis' eyes wandered to the point that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. As a married woman (with small children) i would not feel comfortable choosing this company.

The electricians were very nice and as far as I can see did a good job. The low score comes from the price. While the electricians were here they called the office and talked to their boss. They told him exactly what they had to do and the owner came back with a quote. When the bill came it was over twice what was quoted. We were also charged for extra trips to the office because they didn't grab enough material. As soon as it was apparent that the original quote would not be close we should have been made aware. I understand a quote is not always exact, but over double is unacceptable.

Very Disappointed in this company, I used them once for a commercial repair at a retail center and they were great.
I have reached out to them for another project and have been told numerous times that they were interested in doing the work but haven't actually responded on when and the cost. It's unfortunate that customer service is no longer a priority.

I had issues with exterior lamp post, they replaced the light bulb and stem mount photocell. They charged excessive hours for this job, I saw them come in and leave and the time they charged was easily double of what they actually spent on. When I called back regarding this they reduced but it was still significantly over the time they actually spent on the job. Also, their per hour rates are extremely high. If I were a customer I would not use their services without getting the actual quote. This would be the last time I will use their services.
