Josh is extremely professional and knowledgeable about our HVAC needs. He replaced a part for us this last year, did an excellent job of explaining what was going on with our unit. We have an older system & he is helping to keep it running as long as possible. We are on his maintenance plan and he has come out twice now to service it. Communication was excellent & we would recommend his HVAC services to anyone in need!

Great service, showed up when he said he would be here. Straight shooter, didn't try to upsell us anything we didn't need. Will continue to use Cool Ray's.

I’m in the process of selling my townhome and the inspection of my HVAC came back unfavorable. In order to close my deal I needed to replace my system. Cool Ray’s was highly recommended to my realtor. He installed the new system yesterday. He was quick to respond, fairly priced, and very friendly to deal with. I highly recommend Joshua Ray /Cool Ray’s!

My wife and I were having issues with one of our ac units keeping up in our house. Josh showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issues and explained the cost and necessary actions. He fixed the problems fast and promptly. We ended up signing up for the preventative maintenance package which we thought was a really good price! We look forward to him coming back in the fall/winter to perform preventative maintenance on the furnaces! Would recommend!

Josh was very responsive and quick to come out for a visit to replace our furnace in a tight fitting attic! He did a great job, explained everything very thoroughly, and was priced competitively. He even had to deal with some water damage from the old furnace and he made sure everything was done right!

I have been dealing with an HVAC company for some time for my properties at Heritage Lake and my properties in Indianapolis. I am quite happy with that company, however he was backed up because of this extreme heat so I reached out to the Ray's to see if they could help me here at Heritage Lake. WOW! Josh met me at 7:20 PM with a complete diagnosis and an explanation a child could understand. We are up and running. To my friends at Heritage Lake, I believe you can trust Josh Ray with your HVAC problems.

This was my first time using Cool Ray's Comfort, by recommendation and I'm certainly glad I called.
During a recent heavy snow and cold snap with temps in the lower teens for several days and no end in sight, I had no heat. For many weeks it would come and go, finally quitting. Another company was all about guessing and charging hundreds for parts the last I had called someone during spring.
I called Cool Ray's after hours and spoke to someone, declining to have them out that late evening as I was staying elsewhere. My tech was there the very next day.
Josh was very professional, cordial, and friendly to the max. He took the time as he worked to explain everything he was doing and what he was looking for. I was curious anyway!
Turns out it was an electrical issue, no parts involved nor did he try to upsell me at all! (The last company sold me an evidently unnecessary parts and suggested a new furnace.)
I'm certainly glad I received a personal recommendation for this company. Moving forward, I will use Cool Ray's again, choosing not to shop around, as excellent service speaks for itself.

Awesome experience with Josh with Cool Ray's. Very thorough and explained everything. Great having AC guy I can trust.

Cool Ray's came out to clean our systems and make sure they are ready for winter. He was extremely thorough and did a phenomenal job. He takes before and after photos so you can see exactly what work he did and explains everything really well with any changes that are needed. He even cleaned up some sub-standard work that was done when our home was built about 4 years ago. If you want attention to detail, great communication, and a truly professional grade of service I highly recommend using Cool Rays Comfort if you need any work with your HVAC.
