Was here within 3 hours of my call for help!! Was a simple fix, and, Bless the owner, was not charged for the visit! ( because, I guess , it’s still under warranty?!!)!!
!! Technician was very polite and courteous!! 😊💕 Very knowledgeable and efficient team!! My “ new” 5 stage heat pump HVAC system, which they sold to me and installed, is saving me LOTS of money, especially on the coldest winter days!! Thank you Elite HVAC!! 💕😊

Guy left furnace face open and tried to sell me a new furnace instead of attempting to fix a minor leak. Total waste of money.

Not interested in repairs, only sales. Went to Southern Indiana Heating and Cooling instead on the recommendation of Eckhart.

I’m always hesitant to write a negative review. However, I feel compelled to warn anyone seeking Elite’s services. Instead of fixing the existing compressor we have, they wanted to sell an entire new system (furnace and coils too despite them being just fine). We called Southern Indiana Electrical and HVAC for a second opinion only to find out from them that the unit is under warranty and it was a very, very minor repair to get us back up. Save your money and call someone who will take the time to repair before selling a new unit.

They didn't really want to repair unit they installed, instead wanted to sell me another new system. Quoted me many thousands of dollars for repair. So called Cobb and they fixed for a few hundred dollars.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. VERY DISHONEST AND UNRELIABLE. THEY TOLD MY MOM IT WOULD COST HER $2,100 TO FIX HER HEATER. CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY TOLD US IT WAS THE FAN MOTOR. BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY IT WOULD ONLY COST LABOR FEES. $450. THE NEW COMPANY SAID THEY HAVE HEARD BAD STORIES ABOUT THESES PEOPLE AS WELL. VERY SHADY TO THE HARD WORKING PEOPLE IN CORYDON.
