Our ac stopped working last night about 5:00p.m. Called D.L. Haines and they came out about 8:30 p.m and had us up and running by 9:30 p.m. Great service from him and his team. Thank you so much.

Our AC went out and they were prompt to reply and fixed it quickly. Will definitely be using them again if needed.

They were upfront and honest about not knowing a set time to come assist with our ac needs but promised they would be there within the day. Came at a decent time and kept us updated the whole way. When they arrived they took their time to answer our questions and ran a through diagnostic as well as were quick to fix the issues. Very respectful and friendly. We won’t be calling anyone else for our needs in the future.

They do not stand behind their work nor do they provide proper customer service. They literally ignored me! I had several service visits over the first 10 months and they never even attempted to fix the freon leak. They would just fill it and leave. One guy added dye but never returned to check. Then in June they ignored me because I was complaining about the repeating problem that was never properly fixed. This was a new unit installed in a new home. It was only their work. I wouldn't recommend them to any one!
