Staff with years of experience. I have used them 3 times since moving to Crown Point. Reasonable prices. Clean, courteous, professional and on time.

Toliet was clogged with wipes from my 3 year old. Quick and efficient service so happy. My go-to plumbing company from now on, so glad I chose to go to a local company.

Just contracted The Plumber and was very satisfied with the experience, Brian was on time as advised and quickly and efficient removed and replaced our leaking garbage disposal ,explained all the relavent information and was courteous and helpful,advised a an estimate to replace our hot water heater when the time comes.

They have taken care of many units for me.. always come right away even when they say its going to be later in the day.. These people under promise and over deliver. Will definitely use them again

After talking to Lisa about a misunderstanding, everything was cleared up. This matter was handled in a very professional manner and was put to rest. Would I use The Plumber, Inc in the future....absolutely.

Brian came out Saturday on a laundry emergency! Drain overflowing, he fixed it quickly and efficiently. We will use The Plumber for all our plumbing needs. Brian is the best. Excellent service.

We had 2 other plumbing services come out and tell us they could not do the job. One place said we don't get on roofs . and the other place just came out and said we need to send a more experienced plumber out....but they took their time getting back to us......then I told my husband remember the time we used The Plumber , when we first bought our home which was 27 years ago.... so we called The Plumber . And here came Brian , right on time 1:00 , and acted as if he was going to tackle it and get it done. We had an extremely clogged vent pipe ......the vent pipe of horror....we thought we would have to tear a wall out , because that was told to us by one of the other services. Anyway Brian had the work ethics of old and the patience to just keep plugging at that rusty almost like cement clog..... and he got that hard long job done....done.....as my husband said " That was a job , shooey". Needless to say we will never call anyone else for our plumbing needs....and will ask for Brian...he is the MAN !

Because of Plumber Church, the Plumber has a new customer. He identified the problem and fixed it... he then identified a problem with the 3 year old installation that was causing us to be scalded when using the hot water. The whole system is running normal now and we are so pleased.

Mr. Williams, thank you SO much for showing up for one of you Ex employees... Leo Hilton. I'm so greatful that you did, he loved that you showed up. He's at rest now but you showed my brother & I many other aspects of plumbing. This is Stephen Hilton & we all know you know my brother Leo. I wish the new owner Carl best of luck I'm sure he'll do well, you taught us all everything. These guys are amazing!! Friendly and very informative! We had a run and toilet backed up and they had it fixed in no time! Looked at a couple other faucets and didn’t charge an arm and a leg ! I would recommend them for sure!! Great guys!!

sewage was coming up in my basement at night when most other companies were closed. i tried to call a couple of other companies that offer 24 hour service with no response while my basement was backing up with more sewage. i called the plumber, the office was closed but the emergency pager number was provided in the voicemail. i received a call back in less than 5 minutes and the repairman was at my house in less than an hour. he found the problem right away, it was something to do with my pipe from the house to the street. he opened it with his power snake and the sewage drained out of my basement. it was only in the area around my washing machine on concrete so nothing was damaged but the other rooms in my basement are finished and if the backup would have continued to flood my basement a lot of damage would have happened. the quick response saved my basement and i could not be happier about that. the price was less at night than what my neighbor paid another company for similar work during the day and the guy gave me the price up front over the phone before coming out.

Had a broken pipe underneath the sink, He was here within a hour, very professional and great work. The price was very reasonable Thanks David H

Carl and Jarrett two pros who are good at what they do and pleasant to work with. Carl is the most knowledgeable plumber I have talked to in 4 weeks. Carl jumped in and fixed my problem in an hour. The previous plumbers gave me excuses as to why they couldn’t fix my problem. Carl The Plumber Best plumber in the area And CLEAN! Hands down best!!!

We called The Plumber to install a faucet in the front of our house. Jeff came out and installed it. He had a good idea to install close to the porch. I can
reach the faucet from the porch I don't have to step on my plants or drag a hose through my Flowers. Good job. Reasonable too.

Recently we had a burst pipe in our home .
Carl, from The Plumbers Inc was able to fix our plumbing when another company said it would be too difficult , more expensive and extensive work .
Even when I had called afterward about a concern he was very reassuring that it was just a matter of re lighting the furnace and that I would not blow myself up...yes, I was worried I'd blow myself up LOL.
The woman I've spoke with on the phone was always very pleasant and professional.
We'll definitely call this company again for any plumbing issues.

We had a very bad clogged bathroom sink at our house. I called another company that said they could come out in five days. I made the call to The Plumber, Brian was out that day to fix our issue. He was prompt, professional, and had our sink fixed in no time. I will definitely be calling them if/when we have any issues in the future. Their cost was reasonable as well.

Had them check out garbage disposal and sump pump. Had a new sump pump in under an hour and confirmed everything else was functional. Positive experience.
