Kelly Hedrick is just plain awesome. We have had to use Heat and Cool twice for emergency situations. She is so helpful, and explains options in detail so we understand what the best option is for our situation. Her primary goal is always to take care of us, the customer, and help us find the lowest cost resolution. Again, she came to our rescue twice. Thanks Kelly and Heat and Cool.
