Rinehart Heating & Cooling installed a new furnace/AC unit for my husband Dan & I.
They were very professional, punctual, friendly and expedient. The night before the installation the temperature was around 30 degrees. Danny personally called to see if we were warm enough & offered to lend us one of his space heaters!!
We would definitely recommend Rinehart to others and we are thrilled to support a hometown business.

We had only been in our new home for 3 months. The heat pump and furnace had to be replaced. We would not use anyone but Rinehart Heating and Cooling. They installed an American Standard system for us. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They made sure that every piece of equipment was working and they even returned back to our home two times to check on it. We were not asked to pay until they knew that everything was satisfactory. Air conditioner was causing problems on Friday. A technician came out that evening, diagnosed the problem (ac was 21 years old and beyond repair). Rinehart was able to replace heating and cooling unit by Wednesday. We feel this was great service and would refer them as a great customer service business.

Rinehart did an amazing job on replacing our furnace and air conditioner. I called them on a Monday and we had the new equipment the next day. They were very helpful and knowledgeable of everything. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC problems.

I highly recommend them. I have been using Rinehart exclusively since 1997. As an engineer I can be fairly demanding yet I have always been satisfied with both the quality and cost of their service. This is a smaller family owned business which I prefer and they are very considerate; they always call in advance to inform us of their arrival time, wear booties and never try to up charge.

The Rinehart Heating & Cooling is a great company with great customer service! When we relocated to the Avon area and purchased a house. The air condition and heating systems were in need of repair / replace which a neighbor recommended Rinehart Heating & Cooling. After contacting Rinehart Heating & Cooling they sent a very professional representative to inspect and troubleshoot our A/C & Heating systems. It was discovered that the systems lost efficiency due to age, it was decided to purchase new systems. The Rinehart Team arrived at our home with the new A/C and Heating systems. The removal of the old systems along with installation of the new A/C unit and Furnace went smoothly due to their technical knowledge, proper tools and experience.

The Rinehart Team paid attention to every detail with top-notch workmanship. After the Rinehart Team completed the job that day, you could not tell they were at our house.

I need a new HVAC system. I had four different companies visit my home and give me quotes on what it would cost. Rinehart was almost $2,000 cheaper than anyone else! My installers arrived on time, where very friend and efficient, and even put up with my don without complaint. My system is working perfectly, and a rep from the company called me a week later to make sure I was happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had Rinehart out to get a second opinion on replacing our furnace and A/C compressor. Ended up replacing the whole system.
They were awesome to work with to help us select the correct system for our house and the install team was great! We also had some additional work on our flu pipes for the hot water system.
Pricing was competitive and the experience was all around a good one. I believe they have won themselves a customer for life!

Rinehart Heating & Cooling did a wonderful job for us. Our furnace failed during the bitter cold this past winter ... -15 degrees. They were VERY quick to respond and got us up and running with temporary equipment. And then they built our new furnace that is running great today without issues. The Repair and New Installation Technicians were very friendly and informative, helping us to make the decisions we needed to make. And then after the work was done, they have followed up to make sure we weren't having any problems or questions that needed answers. And beyond that, they provided us with the Geothermal Federal Tax Credit information for which we are eligible. Overall, they provided us with great service. We recommend them ... as they were recommended to us.

I love Rinehart H&C.
No matter what I need or when I call, they cheerfully take care of me. They have fair prices and great customer service. When I had an issue with a defective part on a newly installed system, 1 phone call to them and it was handled quickly and professionally. They handle the paperwork, program my thermostat and even file my rebate for me.
I wish everyone treated me the way they do.

We had a furnace problem at 5:05pm, we called Rinehart for our American Standard Furnace and they were here by 5:40pm. Service guy was great looked at the problem and we discovered it was more than just a bad blower. They came out the next day with all my options. Kevin had researched the 16 year old furnace told me repair solutions or replacement. We chose to replace the unit and they were back with a new furnace in less than 2 days. Installers were great. System is Awesome. Great company and a great team behind them. Would highly recommend.

Was very impressed with the communication and professionalism of this company. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. We are happy with our new dual zones system greatly improved heated where we were hoping it would. Installers were friendly on time and got the work done promptly. Will definitely use Rinehart in the future.

We've been Rinehart HVAC customers for 6 years. Installation and service is professional and high quality, their technicians are knowledgeable and thorough and always call ahead so you know exactly when they're scheduled to arrive. I would highly recommend Rinehart HVAC to anyone.

I have only good things to say about Rinehart. My 22 year old AC was on its last legs. Kevin, the business owner, came out and did an inspection at no charge. I was given “good” “better” “best” options for a replacement HVAC. (He even offered the option of trying to top off the refrigerant to get through the season). I chose the “good” option, which was going to be far more efficient than my old unit. The install was scheduled quickly, and the technicians that came out were friendly, professional, and thorough. The new system needed a few adjustments, and someone came out very quickly to get it done. Very happy with the unit.

I was so happy with Rinehart that I called to see if they do water heaters as well (also 22 years old). They do indeed do water heaters and I had them install one as well. Again, quickly, thoutoughly, and professionally done.

I know for a fact that the quote/price I received was significantly less than any of the local competition. Bottom line, not only is Rinehart local, they are the most honest and fair priced HVAC (and other services) within at least 100 miles.

As a single woman I was concerned with an inflated quote and repair bill. I received the opposite from Rinehart. More than reasonable cost and my furnace fixed much faster than I was expecting. I highly recommend this company!

Today was my first time using rinehart and they didn't disappoint! They were able to come look at my furnace the same day. The gentlemen was super nice and professional. Had the furnace working within the hour and at a good cost. Will definitely use in the future!

Update: 6/21/24.
Woke up and ac wasn't blowing cold air. Called them and they were able to come a few hours later. Morgan was here again and that ducker fixed in 10 minutes! Was a bad capacitor. I told my friend and he had Morgan there the next day fixing his ac. This company and people seem super honest.

I needed a second opinion for a furnace problem. I called Rinehart Heating and Cooling after getting bad news from Bassett Services. Morgan was the tech sent from Rinehart, very courteous, nice, and spoke well. He checked the furnace top to bottom, inside and out. He assured me it was in good shape and said so for being a 20 plus year old furnace. I am relieved because the Bassett tech said the primary heat exchanger was cracked and some parts of the furnace were rusty. Bassett recommended replacing the furnace, a cost between 6 and 10k. So glad for Rienhart and their honesty. I pealed all other company stickers off my furnace, now only Rienhart will be servicing.
