Deem has been a very reliable and professional business. A great pleasure to do business with. Their technicians are careful to thoroughly diagnose the issues at hand rather than just throwing parts at the problem. They are the ONLY ones I call for HVAC, mechanical, and kitchen equipment.

I've delivered here twice now. Both times with a single a/c unit. They only have one person unloading and I guess loading trucks. It takes forever to get 1 a/c unit unloaded.

One of their drivers was in the left lane came all the way to the right lane as I was getting on 75 south near downtown dayton was in my lane flashed his brights at me so close to me where I should have locked my breaks up on his ass get your driver's under control wouldn't do business with them if I ever need that type of service

One of your company vehicles was speeding, drove aggressively, cut me off, and didn’t use a blinker. This behavior is unsafe and does not reflect well on your brand. After seeing similar complaints in your reviews, it’s clear this may be an ongoing issue.

There van and truck drivers are always speeding and tailgating.
