Mark did an amazing job and was on time. Very good price for what he had to do. I definitely will hire him again.

Attentive, prompt, reasonable. Others wanted $70 to look at my broken washer. Mark fixed mine in an hour for the whole shebang. Great job, prompt service.

There guys are some really decent people. They're always good about coming out when I need repairs and great for replacement appliances when I need one, used or new. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Repairman was courteous and efficient and trustworthy.
I called and they came out 2 hours later and fixed the problem for one quarter of the cost of a new dryer.

Had a fantastic experience! Got in and out quick with a beautiful Frigidaire fridge, with the help of owner Bruce and veteran employee Jake, I got it delivered within the next couple days and it still works like a charm! Would highly recommend!

Mark just left after repairing my refrigerator AND showing me how to re-boot the circuit board myself if more problems. It's unusual for a technician to teach clients how the appliance works, how to troubleshoot problems, and even how to possibly fix it permanently. I had the same repair done 3 years ago by Wisman. Mark charged $87 LESS for the exact same fix with same new part.
Also he fit me in less than 14 hours after I called for assistance. Mark is a low-key, friendly man whom I trust to do the job right and at very fair price.

Fantastic service. Reasonable prices. We called to have our oven repaired and they came out the next day! Friendly repairman and quick repair. We were very impressed!

This is my second time using Mark's Appliance in the last few months. He has been quick to call back, able to help the same day and more than fair with his service.

We called for an oven that stopped working...and then most recently for a refrigerator that also stopped working :/ I hope we won't need him again any time soon but I love knowing I can call.

I bought four used appliances from Mark's A-1 Appliance; a washer, a dryer, a gas oven and a refrigerator. I was first helped by Ann. She helped me measure the appliances in the store to find some that would fit through my small 28" door opening. She put some on hold for me while we waited for an oven to come available that would fit my home. I was looking for a gas oven with no glass door, probably not easy to find, and they had it!! They saved it for me and after I came to take a look at it I was sold. We set up a date for delivery. I had checked out a few other places in town and none of them had the selection, service or free delivery that Mark's offered.

All the appliances were delivered on the date we had agreed upon. Chris delivered them and had trouble fitting the washer and dryer down my tiny basement stairs. He called reinforcements and they had arrived by the time the oven was set up. Between the two guys, they got the washer and dryer down the stairs to the basement. They obviously knew what they were doing, and I was so glad my husband and I didn't have to figure that out ourselves!

I had an issue with the gas stove leaking a little gas the first time I was using the oven and they came out and fixed it quickly and for free, as they also have a great 90 day warrantee on all of their used appliances. All four appliances work fantastically, and I couldn't be happier with them or with Mark's! I will definitely call them in the future should I have any service issues or if I need a new (used) appliance! Can't say enough good things!

This is the first time any business has impressed me enough to write a review for them, and they have earned it! I have been using A-1 for appliance repair for the past 10 years or so and I would never call anyone else. They are fast, fair, knowledgeable, and consistent. Above all, they are people you can trust.

If it makes sense to repair rather than replace an appliance, Mark is your guy. He's saved several appliances in my house and even has some good free advice. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the prompt and honest service from A-1 Mark's Appliance! We have 20 staff at our clinic, and when the refrigerator went out--we were in trouble! We have no other place for our team to put their lunches. A-1 Marks Appliance came out the same day I called to determine the issue, and by the following day they had parts ordered and our refrigerator was fixed. Thank you to both Bruce and Chris for offering great customer service!

I went in planning to spend $175 or more on a dryer because mine went out. After talking to the gentleman we figured out i had a broken switch on my dryer just a $25 part plus labor. I saved so much money and my dryer is better than ever. Great customer service, honest people.

I have used A-1 Mark's now for several years and a variety of appliance issues. Mark is always courteous and shows up when he says he will. His repair costs are very reasonable! I continue to be happy with his service and am smart enough to have him saved in my phone contacts now.

We had Bruce from A1 come out and work on our problematic Samsung Refrigerator and what a great experience. Knowledgeable and efficient. A pleasant experience compared to other repair shops we have used. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A-1 Marks i feel is the best appliance repair company in Ft. Wayne. They have done a clothes dryer, a gas range and a refrigerator for us over the years. Their trip charge is so reasonable and their repairs have never needed to be redone. You can't go wrong with them.

My mother has used A-1 Mark's appliances for years both for used appliances and repair of appliances. More recently my niece bought a used refrigerator for a great price. I just called A-1 to see if they can fix the dishwasher to get it connected to the cabinet, small job and while he was very busy with other incoming calls he was extremely courteous and kind enough to offer to send someone out to take a look. This is the same level of service my mom has gotten them over the years and just felt it a shout out to this business that seems to treat everyone like family.

Great service, great prices, very friendly. I highly recommend. We got a nice speed queen washer for a great price. Thank you! Will always go there first from now on.

We saw this business recommended near us and we could not have been more pleased with their service. They fixed our freezer in the same day, showed up exactly on time and charged a very reasonable fee. Mark is an absolute gentleman that you will have no worries about being in your home.
