Called to see if anyone could come out and repair my refrigerator on a Saturday, these guys answered right away. I was amazed by the customer service I received. Even though they were unable to repair my particular refrigerator, they directed me to 3 other companies that could. Will call these guys for my next repair!

Answered the phone at 6am!!!! He was very honest and told me he couldn't work on my model of refrigerator and gave me a number for someone who could! I called the number he gave me and they got me in same day!

Advanced Appliance services is a great place to go in a jam there's speedy very knowledgeable very good customer customer service the gentleman that came up to my house was very knowledgeable his name was Sam and he definitely knows what they're talking about I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for Speedy good service and good prices

Great service! Called on Monday and he was here Tuesday morning and had washer fixed in about 45 mins. Wouldn't call anyone else to fix my appliances.

This man was amazing. I called and he was at my house and had my oven fixed within 2 hours he was very nice and affordable I will defiantly recommend him.

They did not have the part in stock, so instead of letting me figure it out on my own, he advised me on where to find it her in town in stock. Real upstanding business IMHO. All from one conversation on the phone. I will call them first from now on with any purchases or appliance questions. and they say customer service is dead. Absolutely excellent service. I called at 9:40am on a Saturday and the repairman was here by 11am same day to put the boot back on our front load washing machine!

Quick to call back and was out the next morning. 30 mins later my washer was fixed. Charged significatly less than other places. Thank you Sam for doing a wonderful job!

Sam was wonderful, quick, efficient and cheap. He got my mom’s oven working right away. I will definitely go back to him for appliance repair, he will come out right away, you won’t find anyone cheaper for great work!

I would highly recommend this company! While Sears was ready to charge me an arm and a leg to replace the baking element in my stove in addition to having me wait 2 weeks before they could get the part in, Sam came out and fixed it on the spot and did not charge me a $75 trip charge like Sears wanted. Great service, great price and immediate results, what else could you ask for?

Wonderful repair service. He was prompt on all his calls and called back when he said he was going to. Was very friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced the motor on my dryer and completely cleaned the lint on the inside. My dryer has never been so quiet!!!! He also gave my tons of good suggestions on way to keep all my applianced running well. I would highly recommend his work.

Have an issue with an old dryer or washer... Don't get a new one!

I have an old washer and an older dryer. I've had Advanced Appliance Service come out to service my units for years (really only needed 2 different calls over the years). His service call is only $20 which is amazing (everyone else wants north of $80 just to make a drive). Sam is most likely the most honest service man out there today.

He was out recently because I had a bad igniter. Once he was out we discovered I was also missing a sleeve on my valve which caused the problem. He replaced the igniter and cleaned out the dryer of all the lint that gets trapped inside. He came back a 2nd time at no charge to install the valve that was ordered (found a used part on eBay). About 2 weeks later, a completely unrelated issue popped up. My timer went out (most likely a surge he believes and my start button fused in the on position). He came out again and didn't charge me a service call and only charged me his cost for parts despite me telling him he should charge me for his time too. If that wasn't enough, he told me that if the start button goes out again, he'd come out and wouldn't charge me again to put a new start button.

I Can't say enough good things about him and the work that he does. Call him if you need help with any of your appliances. Instead of paying for new ones that will fail in 3-5 years, he'll fix your old ones for less and keep them running for another 10-20 years!

The technician Sam was very informative. He went over everything in detail with me in person and with my husband over the phone. They came quickly and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. We would recommend Advance Appliance Service to anyone!

If I could give Sam 10 stars I would! He was very professional, friendly, and understanding. He fixed my washer at a price I could afford. $20 for the service call is a HUGE plus, not having to spend a arm and a leg just to have someone look at the machine is so helpful. He was able to squeeze me in on such short notice to figure out what is wrong with my washer, and even gave some useful advice to extend my washer's life. He came prepared and had the part my washer needed, on hand. It's like a brand new washer now! I will definitely call him again for any of my appliance problems.
