Marco’s #3509 - We had an issue with our oven today. We weren’t able to cook anything until Tim from general parts came and saved the day. Repair went quick and smoothly. Never ever call and work with general Part ,
They charge 634$ to visit the store and check the pizza oven ,
And next day they give me estimate over price to fix the oven ,

walk in cooler they checked and said compressor failed need new compressor but after week they not came to repair or put new compressor .i called another tech he checked compressor it is fine just about 30 minites later cooler start working . general Parts Professional tech no more for our bussnies

Never, I repeat NEVER use the company General Parts Group in Fort Wayne Indiana. This company will rip you off by not showing up at the scheduled time, and charge you for double service travel and charge you for times they are not even working on your equipment. They basically will call you a liar because they say they have GPS on their vans. We brought them to work on our kitchen oven, and we're charged an amount that we could of Almost bought 3 brand new stoves with!!!! Sad thing is, when I asked to have them go over the charges they refused to! Save your money and becareful, let your family and friends know they will charge you,and get as much money as they can!!!!

Called them to repair a Merry Chef oven. They took it back to their shop to work on and when I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks I called them and they said it was done and was over $2,000 to fix it. Which they did without ever consulting with me. And charged to my credit card they have required to set an appointmend (!)
As I had already replaced the blower motor in question a year previously (from them, for $1100) I wasn't about to replace that same part a second time for half of what the oven cost new and twice what it cost a year before.
They acted confused when I told them it was unprofessional to fix that without checking first.
I think that tells you all you need to know.
