Called Fal electric (certified Briggs and Stratton home generator dealer)to check a miss on my home generator. I clearly stated that I thought it was the carburetor. They sent out an electrician. He said the electrical was fine and charged $130. When I called ask if they could send someone out to look at the problem I called about (carburetor) they said they don't work on Briggs and Straton motors. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Fall Electric would not respond to the BBB. Bad customer service, bait and switch!
