2003 my fence is still holding up they also put in some post holes for a privacy section that I built myself

Did a great job on my fence. Just beautiful

I had to have my fence removed due to a emergent plumbing problem with my house and the plumbing company said I needed to have my fence torn up, not only did they come to my house the same day, but within HOURS of me calling even though they had a full schedule that day! I’m very impressed with the work they do, they did the best they could with how the plumbing company left my yard (it was a bit uneven but they also couldn’t level it out because everything froze the next morning) I’d definitely have them repair or replace my fence again!

The company is a bit slow to start the job after issuing an estimate. However, once the crew showed up, the guys were quick and professional. The fence is great. No complaints.

Won't return calls

The fence itself is fine but the process was very long and frustrating.

Will not give you a quote. Must be to busy to service the customers. I would not recommend them.

I would be VERY careful if you use a business he owns or works in... I had a terrible experience.

We called eagle fence for an estimate, they came out and took measurements and said it should be two to four weeks for estimate we never recieved it. Finally we just put our fence in ourselves

If I could give a -10000 stars I would!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY! After having to pester them to actually come and do the fence 3 months after they were supposed to be there, rusty tried charging me $1000 more than my quote! He is rude, disrespectful, the WORST PERSON TO DEAL WITH! Please please please go with someone else, ANYONE else!

Never dealt with such an irresponsible company as this one. It's been a YEAR and the fence is only half done. At first we were given excuses why they weren't out to finish it, and after a few months of that, they just ignore your calls completely.

I had this company out to put in a fence and made the mistake of paying in full up front. They were decent up until then, after they had their money it took them THREE MONTHS, several angry phone calls from me and finally a threat to go to take them to court before they FINALLY came out and put the fence in.

Well flash forward a year and the fence is falling apart, the posts are raising with the ground and the gate hardware is stripped out because none of it was installed properly to begin with. If the cement is poured right, then even with ground changes the posts should never have raised.

A call to this company got me no where so a complaint was filed with the BBB over them. Once I got to the BBB I then realized they only have a C+ rating and lots of complaints similar to mine.

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM EAGLE FENCE!!! They don't do good work, they don't follow through and will take your money and run.

I had a fence put up 6 years ago my fence the wood was not treated The post is twisting away from the wood and a lot of the wood is splitting very unprofessional, the door to my fence. The wood is coming off the posting. A privacy fence should last at least 10 to 20 years.

The experience I had with this company was not from putting up my own fence but they did my neighbors fence. During the 2 weeks plus it took them to even finish the job, they made a huge mess in my yard all along fence line, smashed plants and shrubs, etc in my yard and just left the mess for me to clean up. Irritating as all that was it took them driving a heavy diesel truck through my front yard for no reason and leaving huge ruts in my lawn for me to call and ask to speak to manager. Was directed to owner, who is never there. I have been calling 3 days in a row to follow up and have been given the run around. My neighbors had the worst time even getting them to finish installation in a timely manor. They kept calling as well, never got a return call, and had to go in to office 3x just to get the fence completed. All in all, if I could rate this company with a zero, I would, it's the more accurate review.

4 Calls for a quote. Even told them I have called that many times. Not once has anyone (rusty) returned my call to come quote my commercial project. I suggest using Arrow Fence, they are more reliable than this place.

I give them a 1 only because I can't give a minus 3. Mary in the office is great. Another lady in the office can do nothing but take messages and it would seem the one who knows what's going on ( Rusty the owner) did nothing but evade reality and change dates on us for over 3 weeks. It was like dealing with a teenager who was not good at keeping stories straight. Don't waste your time . Call Duke in Indy or National if you need a construction fence.

My husband and I put a deposit in almost 4 months ago now for a smaller fencing job and have yet to hear back from this company or have the fence put in. However, Eagle Fence cashed the check almost as soon as it was submitted. I have absolutely 0 idea where my money has gone, but it sure hasn’t gone into a fence. No one will call me back or stick to the 5 different installation dates that have now come and gone. I recommend you go with anyone else unless you want your money gone without a trace.

I had a hand full of trouble just getting a quote from Eagle. Other companies in town were able to give me a quote within 24 hours. I tried to give them a chance at my business, but I gave up after a week of just trying to get them to call me back. Apparently they don't need business. After reading other reviews it looks like they did me a favor.
