Very professional! They answered my first call ( I hate leaving messages for service providers) and had me setup with an appointment within a few days. The staff who came to do the work were knowledgeable and professional. Plus the cost was a fraction of what I paid Chem Dry the last time!

I found Alpha Clean - Fort Wayne on the internet as I was looking for someone to clean our tiled floors in our home. They had good reviews and felt compelled to call them. I did so but had to leave a message. Zachery called me right back!! So often this doesn't happen when trying to contact someone. Just let me say, I was VERY PLEASED with the outcome of how our floors turned out. You can just feel the cleanness of the tiles while walking on them. We are very happy with the cleaning of our carpets. They were on time, actually a few minutes early. Friendly and focused on making the carpet so clean and fresh. We will use them again!

I have used Alpha clean twice now, once for a large area rug and again for cleaning my living room furniture. Every employee I've met has been exceptional with great customer service and personable. The prices are great compared to other companies out there. I will definitely be using them again when the need arises.

Carpet was a tough one!! I knew that going in and was just hoping to get some of the stains and traffic areas in better shape. So much better than I expected! All the little dark stains here and there were no longer here or there. The traffic area that looked like a wet muddy road no longer looked that way! To top it off, they deodorized the carpet and it lifted the rooms to a whole other level!!! Much appreciated and great job!!
