We called and scheduled this company for window washing, pressure washing the house and patio, and gutter cleaning. They said they'd be here between 8-10 this morning. Asked us to remove the screens and anything in front of the windows. We spent several hours doing this yesterday. No call this morning. I finally called them at 11:00 am. Rep said they had vehicle trouble and asked if I wanted to reschedule for tomorrow. I won't do business with a company that doesn't communicate or follow-up on their word. This was a pricey job. And my house is in total disarray because of them. I'd think twice or maybe ten times before using them.
