Waking up this Christmas morning at 3 AM only to find that my furnace was acting very erratic. I thought perhaps Santa Claus had become stuck in the flu having a house full of guest arriving at 11 AM for Christmas. Also added to my stress. I called Brockman Heating And Air conditioning at 4:30 in the morning and They sent the on-call repairman Loren Collier Out at 6AM for an emergency repair. My experience and this gentleman‘s attitude coming out Christmas morning was nothing short of amazing. Everything was fixed and wrapped up within an hour. Christmas was a success and as it turns out, Santa Claus was not stuck in the flu. THANK YOU Loren and Brockman Heating And Air conditioning!

Biannual service call arrived in the communicated window of time
Communicated and was transparent about any issues and the cost and reason for addressing those issues. They were resolved during this appointment

Emily was prompt, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She diagnosed our problem and had a solution ready to implement straight away. We would ask for her to perform routine maintenance or service to our hvac again.

Our Tech John , was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about our heating system. He took the time to explain the maintenance work he did and was very timely with the work. He also swapped out the old filter for me. Fantastic service!

Chuck & Terry installed a water softener for us. When the main pipe into the house broke (corroded) they stayed all day to figure out the problem & get everything installed and fixed. Amazing job.

We also had a new HVAC system installed 2 years ago & its a great system. Raymond comes twice a year to check on the entire system. He's always throughout in his work and explaining everything.

Overall a great company. We will always recommend Brockman!

Installed new 50 gallon Rheem water heater. Showed up as scheduled and did a great job. Answered all my questions and very knowledgeable about services offered. 👍

John was very informative and personable showed me everything i wanted to see i had him check my humidifier he showed me why it wasn't working and replaced a valve that was bad i was very pleased with john and his knowledge

Raymond and the Furnace of Fate:

It was an ordinary morning in our quiet home — the boiler humming its uncertain tune, and the gas fireplace as lifeless as an ancient relic. Enter Raymond: fedora metaphorically tipped, wrench holstered like a bullwhip, eyes sharp with the confidence of a man who’s stared down more than his fair share of mechanical mysteries.

He came for a routine maintenance check, but fate had other plans. As he descended into the basement — the “Temple of Heat” — the hiss of steam and the flicker of pilot lights cast dancing shadows on the walls. Raymond knelt before the ancient boiler, brushed aside a layer of dust like an archaeologist revealing a priceless artifact, and got to work. In no time at all, the boiler was purring smoother than a sacred idol on its pedestal.

But the adventure didn’t end there. Our gas fireplace — silent for years, a monument to modern frustration — caught his eye. “Let’s see what secrets this old relic holds,” he said (probably). Minutes later, sparks of life! Flames roared up like a sunlit treasure chamber, warmth flooding the room.

Then came the twist. While surveying his handiwork on the entombed boiler of doom, Raymond uncovered the hidden danger: a leaking drain line nearby stealthily dripping out of sight — a peril lurking in the shadows. With a practiced hand, he unhooked his endoscope, flicking it up into the shadows like a bullwhip. In no time at all, the source of the leak was identified.

When he emerged from the basement, toolbox in hand and victory gleaming in his eye, it was clear: this wasn’t just a man here for maintenance, he was on a quest for victory.

Final Verdict:
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Raymond doesn’t just service heating systems. He conquers them. If Indiana Jones traded his whip for a wrench, his name would be Raymond.

On time and pleasant service guy. My dogs loved him, maybe too much. Brockmans always provides great service.

Brockman is a great company.
I've had them come out a few times for furnace maintenance and they were polite and respectful every time.

John was on time and very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He preformed maintenance in a timely manner. I would recommend Brockman and technician John Stone.

Nick was very pleasant and arrived on time. He was very thorough and very informative. This was my first experience with Brockman Heating and Air and I was very pleased with the service I received.

The young men that installed the dehumidifier did an excellent job. They worked hard to accomplish the task and then explained what we needed to know. They were professional in their work, and took time to answer our questions.

Very courteous and good communication. Had a little bit of debris after but they did a good job of placing coverings on the floors.

Emily and Dave were exceptional in all they did! They were professional, swift, and helped answer all my questions. Emily explained everything in detail about what needed to be replaced for our AC fan unit and did an amazing job with Dave cleaning out our dryer vent. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Mr. Moore was wonderful! Courtesy, polite, and mannerable. He explained everything in understandable detail and broke aspects down to help me comprehend. If all customer technicians could have that kind of attitude when dealing with the public.
