After buying a new house, we found out the air conditioning did not work. Freedom came out and serviced it right away, just in time for the beginning of the hottest days of the month. Taylor was thorough, prompt, and professional. I reommend him and Freedom to anyone that has air conditioning issues.

Freedom sends Dustin as my home heating/cooling expert. I could not be happier! He suggested getting my AprilAire units back up & running. He put in-line filters to soften the water going in them. We had our furnace blower malfunction during one of the hottest days of the year and Toby sent over a guy right away. Please bear in mind this was at 8pm and my family has been totally "WOWED" but their response. As expected the parts we needed were at the warehouse and were picked up the following morning only to be installed immediately. I do work in retail and customer service is a high standard that I hold dear to my heart for all of my clients. Toby and his staff do the very same things for all of their clients. My hat is off to them and I'm grateful to do business with someone local that takes this core value to work/home with them everyday of the year.

Freedom Heating & Plumbing fixed my leaking water heater. They were on time and called beforehand to let me know they were on their way. I had hot water again within an hour. I would definitely recommend their services.

I had Freedom provide a quote for a new furnace and AC and it was the most comprehensive and detailed quote. Chad spoke with us and did an honest assessment of our home for our current situation and for future needs. I would highly recommend Freedom.

When we moved into our new home, it had sat empty for almost 2 years, so we had a lot of maintenance to get caught up on. We also had some cooling issues and some plumbing issues. Dustin and Jacob have been to 2 to come out to our home and they have been amazing! This morning I discovered our hot water heater leaking all over the floor in the basement, I called and they will be out this afternoon. I am so thankful! They are extremely knowledgeable and I’m so glad we found them!

Normally during a window of a service you get, you expect them to show up at the last 30 minutes of service. Dustin not only was on time but early (after confirming) and was excellent to work with. He’s very professional, efficient, explains things well to you without making you feel insufficient for not knowing how things run. Will happily continue to work with Freedom moving forward.

My AC stopped working this summer and Freedom was able to get someone out right away. The tech was friendly and explained everything he did. He was able to repair my AC quickly and at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend Freedom!

I signed up for the Platinum maintenance plan not very long ago but had not idea I would need to use it so soon. I called Peterman's to request a plumber after I was unsuccessful in resolving an issue with my tankless water heater (No Hot Water). To my dismay, it would be a week before I actually had a come out. However, after meeting the plumber Donald Collins, he assured me he was there to help resolve the issue. Mr. Collins was professional, explained what was done to fix the problem and checked my inside pipes for any issues. I can say without hesitation that every technician and sales rep that has represented Peterman has been consistent in providing excellent customer service. To meet another representative from Peterman Brother's that put the customers need first was worth the wait. Thank you

I called Their office and set-up an appointant. Bret looked area over and gave me a price right away. I had been without a furnace for 2 weeks. The installers showed up 15 minutes early and went right to work .Tom and Brian showed me what they were going to do. When they were finished they cleaned up and showed me how to adjust the setting if needed.two days later Bret showed up on the after install walk thru .I was very pleased with the their professionalism and answered all my questions. Excellent is all I can say for them I will recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much from my family.

A whole team came out to install furnace/ac and knocked it out in a day. All were very friendly and seemed to do a good job. Unfortunately a part broke during install so AC wouldn't work. Leo came out the next day to fix it and was here several hours. He was great, even took my heavy window unit out for me and carried it to garage as I just had surgery. How a business deals with problems says a lot. I will use them for any future needs.

I rarely post reviews but after experience with Freedom H&C I had too. After the great storm of June 2022 took out my power it also killed my thermostat. Great right?! Had to be on the first few days of summer with 90+ degree temps. Have what I thought was a call to JF Miller who installed all my HVAC when the house was built less than 3 years ago and Freedom answered. Hmm they must have bought out JF Miller. Was able to get an appointment for the same day. Phil from Freedom H&C was polite, professional, and to the point on his diagnoses. From there he gave us several options in a variety of price ranges, explained the pros and cons, and made a recommendation on what he would use in his own home. There was no pressure and he made every effort to make sure I had no questions. Once we picked our option he got to work and got us fixed up.

This was hands down the smoothest experience I've had on a home repair.

They replaced my old water heater. They came to the house within one hour after talking to Hedi at the office. Toby the owner show up and was very nice, and we agreed on price. At first the earliest to replace could take up to 2-3 days than Toby ask me did I have hot water I said no and Toby was on the phone making arrangements to get it done that day and I had hot water that same day.
