The work provided today by Billy Eggert for plumbing was exceptional!! Friendly, informative, honest and put in my new kitchen faucet in a timely manner!! My chihuahua even liked him!! Excellent service and would highly recommend him from Home comfort Experts!!

I just want to say Thank you for coming to check on my A/C unit as quickly as you did. I was scheduled for a Sunday morning appointment to have my A/C unit checked. I got a phone call and they ended up sending a Technician on Saturday evening, I called Saturday morning, which was nice because I had answers sooner. Tim was very nice and professional and honest, he answered all my questions, he checked everything that had to do with my A/C unit. Like I said I got answers to questions.

Brian arrived on time. He was very nice and was knowledgeable about what I wanted to have done. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He was great! Unfortunately I cannot afford to do the project at this time. I can’t believe how expensive things are these days! If my financial situation changes, Brian will be who I call first. I hope Home Comfort knows what an asset they have in Brian! I would highly recommend Brian to anyone.

Home Comfort Experts came out for a dryer vent and duct work cleaning a couple of weeks ago. I had a few issues after the fact that needed rectified and the folks here were more than willing to go above and beyond to make things as they should have been from the beginning.

Lee came out today to do the job right. He was knowledgeable and was great at explaining what he did. He also made some recommendations for improvements to our dryer vent but didn’t put any pressure on me to make a decision on the job today.

Though there were some issues with the initial appointment, the customer service that I have received since has been top notch. I am definitely open to using HCE in the future after they turned a negative experience into a positive one.

Israel Martinez did an exceptional job installing our assembly and stack and swapping out our iron shield tank. He was efficient, explained everything, was very kind and very knowledgeable. I would request him to come to our home again to take care of any of our plumbing needs. He is definitely top-notch and gives excellent customer service!

I would highly recommend Home and Comforts to anyone considering their services. While we had a bit of miscommunication at the beginning, the company responded with honesty and professionalism—owning the mistake and doing everything they could to make it right.

The team they sent to our home for our three-day project was exceptional. Matt Green, the service manager, was not only professional but incredibly kind and attentive. He truly made us feel like our needs were a top priority, and he met every one of them. Keith Tidwell also did a fantastic job—both he and Matt worked efficiently, skillfully, and with great care.

There were two additional team members whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch, but they also did excellent work and were a vital part of the successful completion of our project.

If any of their supervisors happen to read this review, I sincerely hope they know how valuable these men are to the company. Their professionalism, work ethic, and customer care deserve to be recognized—and honestly, they all deserve a raise!

Our air conditioner required a temporary fix until the new unit was installed the same week. We were only without the comfort of air a few hours. The technicians replaced the old unit and thermostat today ~ very professional , friendly and efficient and explained everything. It is up and running great. I’m extremely happy with Home Comfort; am a club member and enjoy many of the discounts. Cleaning the ducts is their next project. Would highly recommend Home Comfort Experts.

Again, I had excellent service. The young man explained everything he was gonna do and how much it was gonna cost before he was gonna do it. I want things done the right way and so I said fix it right away. I’m really happy that I found this place that my daughter recommended.

Today December 16 Zack came out in another young man to install a furnace, what a heater and a central air unit. They did an amazing job. They said they were gonna do it in one day and they did. Very polite very friendly, very professional. They took care of everything cleaned up everything left the place spic and span. I would recommend them highly. Had several things done up until now plumbing heating new equipment installed..

Devon was very helpful and patient. My bathroom handle took longer than he thought it should have, and he was very through and explained everything. He did a really great job. Learn how to clone and replicate minds and use him as a template.

Lee Clements did an excellent job explaining the process to me. He was very professional and new exactly what need to be done. From the pictures shown, I can honestly say that my family can breathe easy now that my homes ducts were clean.

Very detailed and caring, very honest and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Thats y we called home comfort expert.

Very knowledgeable and recommended some replacement parts. He explained and showed us what was needed.
We felt very comfortable with the level of competence and professional bearing!
We will continue to use Home Comfort plan- and tell others of our experiences with the technicians!

Leland Riggs from Home Comfort Experts was a true professional and resolved the issue. He gave me all the information and costs upfront. I was able to ask about future services that we might need and he was able to quickly get those prices too. I would definitely recommend.

Home Comfort Experts have helped me in the past and I was very happy with their service. I needed a new central AC system. I got 3 estimates from 3 reputable companies. Had a new water heater installed . Installer was great. Very friendly, very good job knowledge. Had everything changed out in a short amount of time. He had another gentleman that came to help with the service. He was very helpful, and friendly. He did a great job helping the installer. Both gentlemen were very professional . Lidwin was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem & fixed our furnace quickly. He answered all our questions.

Very happy and polite gentleman. I have 2 dogs and a cat and they loved him. He did a good job servicing my heater/ac and I was glad that I was breathing good quality of air because of the filter and system after 2 years. Blake was very respectful and I enjoyed our conversation very much. I sure am glad I chose Home Comfort Experts.

Super nice, fixed one thing that was unfinished by the original installers, didn't have any pipe to fix the main thing I was calling about, was still charged 5 bucks for him to come out and fix something that should have already been done during original install, am I getting charged another 5 bucks whenever someone comes back out to fix the vent pipe?

Home comfort experts were great from beginning to end. We wanted to ensure our AC was working properly. I called on Thursday and they were able to schedule a tech to arrive the following Tuesday. Brendan was communicative prior to the appointment allowing me plenty of time to reschedule a meeting I had around his arrival time.

We talked through the issue and he provided me the upfront cost. Once the diagnostic was completed he shared his findings and what he did to help alleviate the strain on the AC unit.

Update: I’ve also had Tyler for a spring cleaning & Dave for a full duct cleaning. Both were communicative and very knowledgeable.

Had a new furnace and AC unit installed along with duct cleaning. All the team members I’ve dealt with have been professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. They matched a competitor’s estimate on the furnace/ac install and so far I’m very happy with every service HomeComfort Experts has provided.
