In a world where it seems that customer service no longer exists, there remains a true gem in Alex and his team at Prestige.

After a horrific fire destroyed our home, we found it impossible to find a company that would come out to gives us a quote in a timely fashion, much less one that wouldn’t try to take advantage of the situation and charge us almost double for it just because they were “willing to do us the favor of taking the time out of their busy schedule to do the job”. We were literally at the end of our rope when we called Prestige. Not only were they pleasant and professional over the phone but they sincerely seemed to care and I felt a glimmer of hope when we set up a time for them to look at the job.

Alex himself came out to our home and took the time to not only look everything over thoroughly but, actually listened to us, our story, concerns and answered all of our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better person or company to come into our lives at just the right time and felt comfortable in giving the job to Prestige. Through the entire process we’ve not once been left without answers or felt like we weren’t their number one job. A+ service from start to finish! We highly recommend Prestige and know we’re in good hands through the life of our Geothermal system.

We called Alex and let him know our Ac wasn’t working right. It was 83 degrees in our house all week. Thirty minutes later he was at our house looking for the problem and finding it. I've been looking to get a new HVAC system, but cautious about such a large purchase. We see gimmicks in commercials and online with large local companies. So we got some quotes from a few! Then we saw another small family business called Prestige. We gave them a call for a quote. It was still a lower price, and there was no "free furnace with purchase of new A/C". We called them the next day to tell them we want to use them. The installation went clean, fast, and professional! Couldn't be happier with Alex and the Prestige team!

Great people to work with. saved us from replacing our furnace and ac. to fixing the furnace and replacing the ac. Better prices than peterman bros and others in town. Won’t try to upsell you on a heat pump or other junk you don’t need. Installed a unit with a 10yr parts warranty for thousands less than the competition. Quick service fair prices highly recommended

Prestige was very responsive when I called due to my furnace not working. Alex arrived the next day, on time, and diagnosed my problem quickly. He fixed the problem, and since he had the panels off also did a quick check of things. He told me it was in good shape and did not require a service at this time, but suggested next year. I was very impressed that he didn't try the "upsell". Just an honest fix and an honest price. Very impressed.
