Gavin came out today for a routine warranty maintenance check.He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job and when completed explained everything that was done. Hope we get him next time.

Had our seasonal tune-up completed. Chase did a wonderful job. Very thorough. He explained what he checked and his recommendations were much appreciated.

Great honest company. We have been using them for the past 3 years. Water heater, sub pump replaced, HVAC needed repair. Guys always come same day or the next. Great communication and work. We signed up for the maintenance plan that includes yearly inspections of all the units. Nice to see the same faces over the years. Special shut out to the plumber technician Ryan T, a very knowledgeable professional and just a great guy! As well as HVAC specialist Rafael V and Sales consultant Vanessa K. Super efficient and knowledgeable. We appreciate your services.

I was really happy with my experience. The people who came out to identify the problem with my furnace were professional and friendly, and they explained the problem in a clear, easily understandable way. They also explained my options in detail. The price they gave me was significantly lower than other estimates I had gotten, and they were able to fit me in super quickly.

The installers were also courteous and professional, and they were respectful of my home.

This is the first time I’ve done business with them, but I will definitely go back to them in the future!

I called Rolf Griffin today because my heat was not heating and they were who installed the original system. Unfortunately the old system had not been maintained and the unit had several issues. James and Drew were very professional and honest. They explained the problems to me as well as my options. I decided to have my unit replaced, imagine my amazement when they told me the installers would be in the morning to get my new unit in!!!

Chase did an amazing job tonight! He showed up within the time frame given (called ahead to give a heads up he was on the way, perfect!), did a thorough inspection of all aspects of it, and when he was done he went over everything and explained what each section meant. Very nice, helpful, and understanding and couldn't ask for a better technician for maintenance!

We had a new system installed by Chad, Keelan and Dylan, and they were awesome. Clean, polite, and fast! Communication was great, too; they answered all my questions and explained anything I needed to know about the new equipment. It was a great experience all around, and now we have a cool house again!

Gavin and David did an awesome job servicing our furnace and air conditioner unit today. They were very thorough and gave great explanations of everything they did.

Gavin was great! He worked quickly and was professional. My kids were present and he interacted with them very well, they can be a bit much sometimes but he never lost a beat doing his job.

I've used Rolf Griffin for years for HVAC service and maintenance. Scheduling appointments is easy, availability is excellent, and their automated systems keep you notified. Technicians will call to give you a heads up when they are close and are extremely friendly, patient, and respectful of your home.

If there's ever an issue with a new installation or a service they performed, just a call is all it takes to get them back out at no charge or hassle. Furthermore, technicians are always happy to answer any questions and are very informative.

Occasionally they will send a sales associate to your home which I'm usually not fond of but they are NOT pushy. Same with recommended service options - you can always say no without being hassled.

Recently I had a brand new furnace, AC unit, and water heater installed and I've been extremely impressed by both the quality of the install and function of the equipment.

Shout outs to Cooper my sales associate who has been to my home on multiple occasions who went above and beyond ensuring that payment options were given and correct. To Chuck who is my absolute favorite technician - patient, informative, and a joy to be around. And finally, to Steven Grimm for the beautiful installation work in the photos. Keep up the great work!
