This company does amazing work. If your unsure about getting something cleaned call these guys and let them have a look. Honest people show up to give an honest assessment. They always make you feel like they care. Not a whole lot of companies anymore that you can still contact the owner with no effort. I love finding great locally owned businesses whose owners interact with their clients as much as any other employee and even better is that no matter who you are dealing with you can tell they care and aren't just there to get their buck. Our church (Taylor Chapel Ministries) is so grateful for the wonderful job that Reliable Cleaning did on our carpet... I can't believe how nice it looks! The guys came when we were closed, and without any supervision they stayed on task till the job was done! Not to mention, they were the lowest of 3 bids... Thank you!

We've used Reliable Cleaning for several years and I'm very happy with their service. The communication is great and if there's ever an issue, which is rare, it is always taken care of quickly. The staff is great - from the office staff, to the team leaders, to the cleaners themselves. I would recommend Reliable if you are looking for a solid team to take care of your business cleaning needs.

This group did a great job during our annual office gathering in Fort Wayne. We had a group of more than 200 people and they were able to keep things clean and tidy all evening. Highly recommend!! :-)

Josh was who came out and cleaned the carpet in one of our offices. Lots of dirt is tracked in from the warehouse so I figured the carpet was shot, but he came in with a professional and informed demeanor, and quickly / efficiently cleaned the carpet. Seems the supervisor can't never be on time

Have to say overall its 3 stars because the company does excellent 5 star cleaning but being someone who works there, its a 1 star place to work. They start you out at $10/h which isnt bad but they only pay you through McDonalds gift cards. So don't expect to pay off your mortgage working here (unless you live at McDonalds...) They train you on how to work all the equipment and machines but don't tell you how to use a mop or a broom and stuff like that. My first week I had the wrong end of the mop down and wasted 30 minutes of my time each day. Not until did I research it did I find out how to use a mop. I could go on all day about this kind of stuff but I will leave you with one last complaint that is the worst part. There's a TV on the dashboard in their boxtruck that shows what is behind you which is very nice and helpful but you can't change the channel when you're driving and watch your favorite channels. No HBO or AMC or HGTV or PBS or Disney. Awful logic. Why would you do that? Anyways have a good day. I have to go to work. Bye
