Really enjoy coming to this hub never had to wait for my order,the young lady this morning even got my order 10 minutes before they opened.for most that's not much but for me it was definitely customer service.

Excellent sales staff. Opened up after hours for me to ask some questions about Grohe faucets. Decent size show room with lots of choices for both kitchen and bathroom.

Definitely don't plan to be in a hurry when you go here. Time moves a little slower at Central Supply. However, the staff I worked with was knowledgeable and friendly. So, relax a little, slow down, and get the right parts at a fair price from people who know what they're talking about.

Trent of Central Supply was a great help to determine a warranty claim on a hot water heater when no other supply houses would help. They referred us to a great plumber and between them everything went very smoothly for us. They both know exactly how to handle a claim.

As overwhelmed as I was trying to locate a KA-90 anode rod today and finding out this store is the only place to purchase one in the entire city... once I finally found my answers, I was very pleased with how helpful the associates were. They were incredibly busy with business and residential orders this Friday afternoon, but still were lighthearted, patient, and more than willing to answer any questions I had to ask. I would recommend checking them out if you're in the market for something. I felt as comfortable as I could be.

One dock very hard to get in with all the junk they have in the yard. Besides that I was in-and-out 30 minutes talk with my delivery

Mike on the phone was wonderful and super helpful. Once inside the store the next day, the man at the counter with long hair, was SO RUDE. Going to a box store or a Google search will provide more help than that man. He clearly didn't want to deal with customers or provide assistance. It is just too bad we'll have to our business elsewhere because of one employee.
