Arrived on time. Noticed flooring needed repaired and was prepared to not only replace flooring but also install toilet quickly and efficiently. For this reason always call North Side for every plumbing need.

Replacing a fill valve on a toilet. Had a Mansfield fill valve. They recommended a Fluid Master to be more reliable and just a bit more cost than the repair kit for the Mansfield fill valve. Works well.

Experts on plumbing systems from old pre-war to new systems and equipment. Flexible and understanding people. Waited for me before closing the shop to make sure I had what I needed so I wouldn't spend the weekend not being able to shower and, more than that, show me an easy way fix an issue.

Highly recommend North Side for any plumbing; I've used them for years and they're always quick to respond and professional throughout the entire job. We will definitely use them again!

Whether you're looking for parts and advice for a DIY job or need an experienced professional to get it done for you, look no further than North Side. They had just the part I needed so I could get my hot water back just in time for Thanksgiving. And more recently, quickly resolved a clogged drain that I'd been puzzling over for a few weeks. Could I have hired a cheaper plumber? Maybe. But I won't chance it when I can be confident the work will be done right the first time.

Absolutely impressed by this company! Called them and originally they were going to come out on Thursday! Came out a day earlier! Was kinda and beyond informational! Gary is the gentleman we had out here and he was amazing! Spent 2 hours out here! Found the problem and solved it! Will be using this company again!!

Wow! North Side Plumbing saved me again! As a volunteer for Carpenter's Sons and NeighborLink, I am not a Professional Plumber, but I do like helping NL homeowners out with their plumbing problems. It makes it much easier for me to volunteer for these projects knowing North Side is available to help when I run into the unknown. Thanks for the many time you guys helped!!

I had visited three other plumbing stores prior to stopping here. All failing to provide what I needed. Within two minutes of walking in the door, I had what I needed, and I was on with my day. Highly recommend stopping here first! Very competitive pricing as well!

These guys are currently here in the middle of a job & are tirelessly working to repair a slab leak-multiple leaks actually. And it’s not goin well for them due to the way our house was built. But they are very professional, knowledgeable, on time, clean and respectful of our home. We have 4 parrots and a German shepherd. And the noise level is making it difficult for them to pinpoint the sounds.. But they are great & I would absolutely recommend this company!! And I hope that from here on out they have better luck on the rest of our house searching for the leaks.. A+ MAN ..

I'm a new home owner and absolutely panicked when I discovered a leak. I was really worried about the cost. I called several other places before calling Northside, and they were the most reasonably priced. I'm so glad I called them. They got out here within a few hours, had it fixed fast, and the price was less than I expected. I will never call anyone else. Thanks, guys!

Have called Northside Plumbing several times for small projects and most recently for a large project. They were very responsive and helpful when setting up a time to come to the house. The workers were kind and courteous and, at the completion of the project, all the mess was cleaned!

Here's how good these guys are. I walked in and held up a 2" long valve stem from 20' away. The guy rattled off the item number and asked how many I needed before I even made it to the counter. Saw the damage to the stem and suggested I replace the valve if at all possible to avoid a similar problem in the future.

I highly recommend Northside Plumbing, had a pipe near my sub pump that came loose from the clamp, water was gushing upward non stop.Had heavy rains today so pipe took its toll. Called & a tech was there in minutes, helped he was already in the area. All was fixed in a timely manner. My basement would have flooded if I would’ve had to wait hrs. before Northside Plumbing came to the rescue. Mark was my tech & very professional! I would give 100 stars if review aloud me to. Going to have more non emergency work done in near future.

We had been without water at our home for 6 days. Other plumbers couldn't fix the main line to our house, but, when we called Northside, they were very confident they could get it done. They came by, worked their behinds off, and got the job done. My family is truly thankful for Northsides extremely professional, kind, and caring staff. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!
