Imagine our surprise when we returned from a weeklong vacation to find a flooded second floor of our home! Monroe Restoration came to the rescue, and Cameron brought in the necessary equipment to dry the moisture that had seeped into the walls, ceiling, and floors. Then Brian spearheaded the effort to replace and reset all that was lost. Our upstairs looks great, thanks to those who worked hard to keep the good name of Monroe Restoration! This company delivers on its promises. I love that they came in after a competitor, Springfield had mitigated the water damage and was causing project delays but was able to get it done in two weeks. John and his team ensured I was satisfied with the work and provided excellent communication on timelines and expectations!
