It was May 30th of course holiday weekend and the day my daughter graduated and they were here and they fixed it while I was at graduation and came home to water they are absolutely five star wonderful

Five star is incredible. We've used them for our heating and AC. The servicemen are always polite and considerate. They are a company that teaches the homeowner as well as fix the problem as quickly as possible.

I have a 33-year-old boiler system for heat. I called 2 Heating Contractors and they both said I had too many problems to repair, needed to replace. Cost for replacing ranged from $7200 to $8600. I was told about Five Star Plumbing through an acquaintance. I went to their website and filled out a request for service. They emailed me back within an hour, said they were terribly busy that day but would try to work me in. They were unable to come that day and they contacted me 1st thing the next morning and said they would get to me before the end of the day. This was on a Friday, they came and the very first thing the tech did was check for leaks. There were none, the tech said my boiler was fixable as it was top of the line back in 1987, he would like to go completely through it, would then let me know what needed to be done. Their tech is very courteous, very polite, well mannered, clean and deeply knowledgeable. I was amazed with this tech’s abilities and ease to understand when he was describing the ins and outs of my boiler system, of which was put into service way before this young man was born. He told they have been in business since 2006, and his Father owns the company, almost always took him with him on calls when he was young. This is really a good point to remember, Family owned, family run and most definitely very dependable Upon completion of the tech's inspection I was told the previous contractor did not completely clean and perform the necessary maintenance, needed 1 component replaced. The tech completely removed all necessary components, cleaned, tested, repaired, and made all necessary adjustments for a very reasonable cost way below previously quoted replacement. The boiler is now working just like it did the day it was put into service 33 years ago. If anyone deserves the highest rating for dependability, expertise, honesty, workmanship and courtesy. Do not call any other Plumbing and heating company without letting Five Star being your first call. I would give a hundred stars on a chart of 10. They are the best I have ever had. So happy I called them and you will too!

Our first time having to deal with replacing central air and furnace in a home and Five Star was AMAZING! From the beginning to the end of the process, it was fast, friendly and professional!! The install was incredibly fast, came at the time they said and took the old out and put the new on in less then a day! I highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you!!!

Five Star is fantastic.! After being without heat for two days in sub-zero temperatures five-star was recommended to me! I called Tuesday morning and they were out yesterday afternoon and had the problem fixed in less than half an hour!

Service Tech had an idea what the problem was with AC before he even got here, so it was fixed quickly. Other reviews are spot on. Thank you Five Star!
