I had another service company come out, they told me the system was bad and had to be replaced. At nine years old I wanted a second opinion. Turned out to be just a capacitor.

Smaller company but great knowledge & service, and most of all, value (i.e. best bang for your buck from my experience!) We will continue to use them on into the future!

I currently rent a house with a unit upstairs, and a unit downstairs. The upstairs one has a hard time keeping the temperature on hot summer day, and the run off will clog the PVC pipe. My landlord always calls JCHVAC because they know just what to do, and are very responsive to the call. Cannot recommend these guys enough! Ask for Jeff Jr.

I called about a loud noise in my furnace during a big cold front. Didn’t expect them to do anything today, maybe a week or so. They came out and fixed my furnace the same day within hours of our conversation! Affordable, clean, friendly and professional. Best service!!

I've worked with Jeff Campbell HVAC for a few years now. Jeff and his team are excellent. They've repaired, tuned up, and have replaced a number of HVAC systems and components over the years. I'm continually impressed with their attention to detail, their quick and efficient service, and their friendliness. They've even replaced a water heater or two for me recently and in the past. They're jacks of all trades. Highly recommend!

A friend (in the HVAC business) referred us to Jeff Campbell after I had a rep from a larger company give us a pretty generic and high priced quote for a new air conditioning unit. I called Jeff and he immediately asked me the right questions and sent over a much more reasonable quote. Jeff and his team did an amazing job with installation while also being super professional and courteous. Bonus- one of his team members also gave me specific instructions on how to register our new unit to guarantee the 10 yr warranty. Excellent service!

I was referred to Jeff Campbell from a personal friend after I was put into a bind by my previous contractor. Our hot water heater was not working and we had been without hot water for 10 days. Jeff came over two hours after I called. The part that I needed was overnighted and his technicians arrived 45 minutes after the part was on my front porch! They went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed, explained how to make sure it doesn't happen again, and charged me a very reasonable amount for a rush job. Jeff also took the time to recommend a CO2 detector for our safety! We have an older furnace/AC and I know that when I need help with it, he will be the one that I call immediately. He has earned my business for the future and I will be telling everyone about the great job Jeff Campbell Heating & Cooling provides. Extremely trustworthy, responsive, caring and compassionate.

My heat went out, and it was freezing in my house. Someone recommended Jeff Campbell Heating & Cooling, so I gave them a call. They came out yesterday to diagnose the issue and discovered that the "Heat Pack" had failed. They ordered a replacement, and thankfully it was still under warranty, so my husband and I only had to pay $200.

Today, they returned to install the new part, and now we have heat again! John and Thomas were the technicians, and they were absolutely wonderful—professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. They took the time to explain everything to us, including how the system works and what goes where.

I couldn’t be happier with their service. I would absolutely use them again. In my opinion, they deserve an 11/10 or a 5-star rating on Google!

Our heat stopped working late on a Friday night right before it got in negative degree temps with a snow storm. Our house filled with smoke and a yucky smell and we have a 6 year old daughter & 3 year old Rottweiler so we really needed someone to fix it ASAP, seeing how it’s almost impossible to get a hotel with a rottie. My fiancé had to work the next day and I don’t drive myself, and after calling 6 different places I posted on Facebook asking for help. Someone there recommended Jeff and gave me his phone number. We called him and he answered even though it was late. He listened to what we were saying and was explaining to us what he thought it could be (others wouldn’t even do that and was clearly just out to get as much money from us as they could.) He came out the next morning to look at it for us and was able to bypass the issue (which turned out to be the circuit breaker) and was able to get us heat until he was able to get the parts and fix it correctly which was SO GREAT, esp given all the circumstances with our dog/child and the severe weather.. after getting the parts he came back out and fixed it ASAP, without trying to charge us for any and everything possible or trying to tell us we needed to replace our entire system (like most usually will.) his price was very reasonable and we really appreciated that, especially around the holidays! he was very honest, thorough, fast, and kind. Highly recommend using him and will continue to recommend and use his company in the future.
