Amazing!!! Caregiver for 95 year old Dad.. I found Johnson plumbing telephone number in my Dad’s personal phone book ( his handwriting) Absolutely thrilled with the service. Jesse was very polite, sweet and understanding I needed to confirm with sibling. The water heater was replaced in a quiet and timely manner. Highly recommend!!

Always a great company to deal with. They have replaced two complete HVAC systems, a dish washer and a hot water heater. They are always on time, the tech is nice and knowledgeable and they explain everything and give you options. Very happy with all transactions.

Gas valve issue. My furnace had been set up in such a way that water leaked on the gas valve. First quote- $1,000. Second quote- $750- for JUST labor as the part is under warranty. Roy and Nick at Johnson County Heating and Cooling- got me under $500- and that's because the part had to be shipped. THANK YOU ROY and NICK!

The only company I will ever trust with heating, cooling, and plumbing. I was previously quoted by another company for $16000 for a new unit, Johnson’s came and took 15 minutes and charged me only $200 to fix the issue and deep clean the AC unit. Integrity and honor goes a LONG way and this company has it.

Everyone was great. The guys that came out to do the dirty work were friendly and efficient. The office staff was amazing. Savannah fought for our case and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly with the protection company. She is a beast.

I was in the market for new heat and AC, incorporating a hybrid heat pump, gas furnace solution. Scott was a very good contact at Johnson, and was very patient with my many questions as I considered this major purchase. When he didn't know the answer himself, he involved others to make sure I got the right solution for us.

Erik did a thorough analysis of our tonnage needed for the heat pump. Very professional, thorough, and patient to explain.

Even after I asked for a top-of-the-line, high-SEER unit, Johnson's technical expert (Alan) decided that the unit would not be a good fit for our house's configuration. Johnson eventually recommended a lower-cost, medium-SEER unit that would work better for us.

Install appears to be thorough and high-quality. Clayton and Gavin did a great job.

I am selling my home, the buyers had the team at Johnson give a quote for the needed repairs. I set up the repair work with the team at Johnson and was greeted with friendly service from Savannah who was able to get the work scheduled easily. The day of the service, the 2 plumbers, Blake and Darrin arrived as promised on time and were professional, respectful of my home and very friendly as well. I will use Johnson for my future plumbing needs and recommend them to family and friends as well!

I’ve hired Johnson Heating and Cooling on a few occasions now. Once in the winter when our heat went out unexpectedly, and more recently on a more planned kitchen plumbing project.

In both instances I feel they were courteous, professional, and open and honest with their pricing.

I’m not saying to never get quotes from other companies, and in some cases those companies may be able to provide a better price. But in my experience at least, Johnson Heating and Cooling has been well worth it.

Every time we have Johnson come out we are impressed with the service and courteousness of their technicians.
Nolan saved us! He got our heat working again late at night and didn’t care how long it took. We will be using Johnson for our heating and cooling needs from now on.
